Offer Period: Prebooking opens immediately. Purchase window is open from 3rd February 2026 to 15th February 2026 (12:00 PM IST).

  1. The Offer Overview

By participating in the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ Prebooking Program ("Offer"), customers are eligible for benefits worth ₹4,999 upon the successful purchase and activation of the device.

The Benefits include:

  • Benefit 1: Free Redmi Watch Move

  • Benefit 2: Free 1-Year Screen Replacement Warranty

  1. Eligibility & Prebooking Process

To be eligible for the Offer, the customer must complete the following steps:

  1. Prebook: Pay a token amount of ₹1,999 on mi.com or the Mi Store App to reserve the Redmi Note 15 Pro+.

  2. Payment Mode: Prebooking payments must be made via prepaid instruments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this Offer.

  3. Variant Selection: The specific color and storage variant of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will be selected during the prebooking payment window.

  1. Balance Payment & Purchase Window

  • Redemption Window: The window to pay the remaining balance opens on 3rd February 2026 and closes on 15th February 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) IST.

  • Completing the Order: Customers must log in to their account, visit the "My Orders" or the specific Prebooking page, select their preferred variant of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, and pay the balance amount (Device Price minus ₹1,999).

  1. Fulfillment of Benefits

Once the full payment is made and the order is successfully placed:

  • Redmi Watch Move: The watch will be bundled and shipped together with your Redmi Note 15 Pro+ smartphone shipment. No separate redemption code is required.

  • 1-Year Screen Replacement: This warranty will be automatically activated against the IMEI of the purchased device. The coverage begins once the user inserts a SIM card and activates the phone.

    • Note: This covers 2(2) screen replacements for accidental damage within 1 year from the date of activation.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans change. Here is how cancellations work for this Offer:

  • Voluntary Cancellation: Users can choose to cancel their prebooking at any time before the final purchase. The prebooking amount of ₹1,999 will be refunded to the original source of payment.

  • Automatic Cancellation: If the balance payment is not completed by 15th February 2026, 12:00 PM, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Refund Processing: In case of automatic cancellation or missed deadline, the prebooking amount (₹1,999) will be auto-credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

  1. General Terms

  • This Offer is valid only for customers in India.

  • The benefits (Redmi Watch Move and Screen Warranty) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Xiaomi India reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

  • In case of any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Offer, Xiaomi India reserves the right to disqualify the customer and cancel the order.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
