This Extended Warranty applies to the following product categories:

Headphones

Wearables

Garment Steamers

Eligibility
The plan must be purchased:

Along with the device, or

Within 60 days from the device’s invoice date.

Warranty Duration
The extended warranty is valid for a period of 1 year beyond the original manufacturer warranty.

Scope of Coverage
The plan covers mechanical and electrical failures only. It does not include accidental damage, theft, or loss.

Claim Limit
The plan allows for one-time claim only during the extended warranty period.

Service Process
Service will be provided on a reimbursement basis.

Device Submission
The customer must submit the damaged/non-functional device to an authorized Xiaomi service centre.

Repair Attempt
The service center will first attempt to repair the device. If it is found to be non-repairable, reimbursement will be initiated.

Reimbursement Value
In case of non-repairable devices, reimbursement will be processed for 75% of the invoice value.

General Conditions

Claims are subject to verification and approval.

The customer must provide the original invoice.
