Please see below to understand how we, Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), will process your personal data and information to enable you to participate in the Endless Running Game (“Event”), and redeem your prizes, so that you may give an informed consent.

We propose to collect the following personal data (“Personal Data”) from you, for the purposes mentioned below:

1. Depositing coupons in your account if you are win a prize in the Event.

We will not use your Personal Data for any other purposes. However, Xiaomi may be required to share the aforesaid information with government authorities and agencies for the purposes of verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences, or any other legal compliances if required under applicable laws.

In accordance with applicable laws, we will delete your Personal Data once the purposes set out above have been met.

You can withdraw your consent for processing your Personal Data at any time, by contacting us at service.in@xiaomi.com, with the subject line “Personal Data | Endless Running Game”. You may either choose to revoke your consent for processing of all Personal Data given by you, or for processing of specific Personal Data given by you. If you do so, your Personal Data shall be erased, unless we are required to retain it to comply with applicable laws. Please note that all Personal Data we seek from you is necessary to keep you onboarded as Xiaomi’s customer, and upon revocation of your consent for processing of Personal Data, we may be unable to provide our services to you.
