Festive Mystery Pick Program
Terms and Conditions -
This Festive Mystery Pick program (“Program”) is brought to you by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi” or “we” or “our”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before providing participating in the Program. You agree that, by taking part and participating in this Program, and you will be bound by these T&Cs.
The Program is available at Mi Store mobile application on android smartphones (“Platform”).
You can participate in the Program only if you:
can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
are residing in India;
play the Festive Mystery Pick game (“Game”);
have a valid Mi id on mi.com
possess Proof of age, identity and place of residence.
You can participate twice a day in this Program during the Program Period (collectively the “Eligibility Criteria”).
You acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Eligibility Criteria as set out above.
Program Period: The Program will be held from 00:00 hours on 20th December, 2025 to 11:59:59 hours on 31st December, 2025.
To participate in the program, you must play the Game available on the Platform.
By playing the Game, you will be deemed to have entered and become eligible to participate in the Program, subject to compliance with these T&Cs.
Game: To participate you must enter the page where the Game is available. You will have to pick one (1) gift box from those available to you. Each box will contain a unique coupon code which will be made available to you once you pick. The Game can be played only twice a day by each user for the duration of the Program Period.
The coupon shall be redeemable until the date mentioned along with the coupon (“Redemption Period”). No redemption requests will be entertained after the expiry of the Redemption Period.
If the coupon is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, the coupon will expire and will be considered as forfeited by the participant.
The participant shall be solely liable for any tax implications arising out of the coupon redemption and subsequent purchase, if any.
Xiaomi shall not be responsible or be required to provide an additional opportunity to redeem the coupon in the event the participant fails to redeem the coupon within the Redemption Period. The decision of Xiaomi regarding the value of the coupons in the Program shall be final and binding on all participants.
Xiaomi shall stand fully absolved of its obligations to you upon providing the coupon to you and shall not thereafter be liable in any manner to you and/or your representative in relation to the Program.
The coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. The coupons cannot be clubbed together as well. The coupons shall be awarded solely for the Participants’ personal and non-commercial use.
Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any T&Cs herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Program at any time during the Program Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time after the expiry of the Program.
This Program shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
XIAOMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL XIAOMI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
