Support ticket is the ticket raised by our chat, voice or email support team when additional info or steps are needed to resolve a query.
2. Why can't I find my customer support ticket?
Customer support tickets page displays the customer support tickets associated with the currently logged-in Mi account.
3. How long can I see my customer support tickets?
Active - Tickets that are currently in progress with our support team
Resolved - Tickets that are resolved by our support team and user feedback is awaited
Completed - All tickets that are closed with user feedback in the last 3 months
