Big Boss Spec Hunt Program
Terms and Conditions -
1. This Big Boss Spec Hunt program (“Program”) is brought to you by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi” or “we” or “our”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before providing participating in the Program. You agree that, by receiving the unique referral link, you agree to participate in this Program, and to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. The Program is available at Mi Store mobile application on android smartphones (“Platform”).
3. You can participate in the Program only if you:
(i) can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
(ii) are residing in India;
(iii) play the Big Boss Spec Hunt game (“Game”);
(iv) have a valid Mi id on mi.com
(v) possess Proof of age, identity and place of residence.
(vi) You can participate only once a day in this Program during the Program Period (collectively the “Eligibility Criteria”).
You acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Eligibility Criteria as set out above.
4. Program Period: The Program will be held from 00:00 hours on 3rd December, 2025 to 11:59:59 hours on 10th December, 2025.
5. To participate in the program, you must play the Game available on the Platform.
6. By playing the Game and submitting the required information, you will be deemed to have entered and become eligible to participate in the Program, subject to compliance with these T&Cs.
7. Upon completion of the Game, you will be required to provide certain contact details including, but not limited to, your name, mobile number, and email address.
8. Selection of Winners: Xiaomi shall, from the list of participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria during the Program Period and comply with these T&Cs, select the winners through a random lucky draw. The Winners shall be announced on 11th December, 2025.
9. Prizes to be won: Each Winner shall be awarded a coupon for any one of the following products:
i. Redmi Watch Move,
ii. Redmi Buds 6, or
iii. Redmi 15C
(each a “Prize”). The Winner may redeem the coupon on mi.com to purchase the corresponding product. Each participant shall be eligible to win only one Prize under the Program. The Prize will be provided subject to availability of stock at the time of distribution.
10. Winners will be notified via email, phone call and/or push notifications on their registered mobile numbers, as well as through their Mi IDs on Mi.com.
11. The Prize shall be redeemable until 20th December, 2025 (“Redemption Period”). No redemption requests will be entertained after the expiry of the Redemption Period.
12. If any attempted notification or delivery of the Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the notified Winner doesn’t respond within the designated time frame, or if any required details/documents are not submitted within the required time frame, or if the Winner cannot be contacted, verified or found, the Winner will be disqualified from the Program and Xiaomi will forfeit the concerned Winner’s Prize, and an alternative participant may be declared as the Winner, time permitting. If the Prize is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, the Prize will expire and will be considered as forfeited by the Winner.
13. The Winner of the Prize shall be solely liable for any tax implications arising out of the Prize, if any.
14. Xiaomi shall not be responsible or be required to provide an additional opportunity to redeem the Prize in the event the Winner fails to redeem the Prize within the Redemption Period. Xiaomi reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed Prizes in any manner as it deems fit. The decision of Xiaomi regarding the Winners of the Program and the unclaimed Prizes shall be final and binding on all participants.
15. Xiaomi shall stand fully absolved of its obligations to you upon providing the Prize to you and shall not thereafter be liable in any manner to you and/or your representative in relation to the Program.
16. While accepting the Prize, you may be required to provide certain details including but not limited to name, phone number, address or any other details that may be required.
17. The Prizes are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. The Prizes shall be awarded solely for the Winners’ personal and non-commercial use.
18. Standard manufacturer’s warranty shall apply to the Prizes as detailed in the warranty terms for the respective products.
19. Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any T&Cs herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Program at any time during the Program Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
20. Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time after the expiry of the Program.
21. Customers residing in the state of Tamil Nadu shall not be eligible to participate in this Program.
22. This Program shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
23. XIAOMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL XIAOMI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
