Section A: Jio Unlimited Offer 2025 – JioHotstar Offer
Definitions
“Jio Unlimited Offer 2025 - JioHotstar” shall mean complimentary JioHotstar (JHS) subscription to all Jio Mobility prepaid and postpaid users opting for applicable prepaid recharges and postpaid plans.
"Eligible Plans” shall mean:
Prepaid: Jio users who recharge with ₹299 and above packs, which include 1.5 GB/day data or above during the offer period.
Postpaid: Users with an active plan starting from a monthly rental of ₹299 or higher, including new activations and Bill Plan Change (BPC) during the offer period.
Ineligible Plans: JioBharat, JioPhone, and voice-only value plans are not part of the eligible plan list.
“Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below in “Offer Benefits.”
"Eligible Subscriber" shall mean a person who:
Is an active subscriber of the RJIO prepaid and postpaid services.
Is enrolled in the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
Performs an eligible recharge or opts for an eligible postpaid plan during the offer period.
This Offer is a limited-period offer starting from 17th March 2025 to 15th April 2025 or as decided by RJIL, and the complimentary JHS subscription will be activated starting 22nd March 2025 for eligible prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
"Recharge Cycles” shall mean the validity period of recharge as per the tariff plan.
"RRL" shall mean Reliance Retail Limited and its Affiliates.
"RJIL or Jio" shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm.
"T&C" shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
The Offer and the benefits herein shall be made available by RJIL to an Eligible Subscriber.
Offer Benefits
For Prepaid:
Recharge validity up to 28/ 30 days/ 1month → 1-month JHS subscription. User needs to recharge with eligible plans within 48 hours of plan expiry to get the 2nd & 3rd month JHS benefit
Recharge validity between 28/ 30 days -56 days → 2 months of JHS subscription. User needs to recharge with eligible plans within 48 hours of plan expiry to get the 3rd month JHS benefit
Recharge validity beyond 56 days → 3 months of JHS subscription.
For Postpaid:
Eligible postpaid users on plans ₹299 and above will get 3 months of JHS subscription.
Section B: Jio Unlimited Offer 2025 – Home WiFi Offer
Definitions
“Jio Unlimited Offer 2025 – Home WiFi” shall mean the complimentary 50-day JioFiber/JioAirFiber connection for eligible Jio Mobility prepaid and postpaid users opting for applicable recharges during the offer period.
"Eligible Plans” shall mean:
Prepaid: Jio users who recharge with ₹299 and above plans, including 1.5 GB/day data or more, during the offer period or recharging with ₹100 data add-on.
Postpaid: Users with an active monthly rental plan of ₹299 or higher, including new activations and Bill Plan Change (BPC) during the offer period or recharging with ₹100 data add-on.
Ineligible Plans: JioBharat, JioPhone, and voice-only value plans are not part of the eligible plan list.
“Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below in “Offer Benefits.”
"Eligible Subscriber" shall mean a person who:
Is an active subscriber of the RJIO prepaid and postpaid services.
Is enrolled in the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
Performs an eligible recharge or opts for an eligible postpaid plan during the offer period.
This Offer is a limited-period offer starting from 17th March 2025 to 15th April 2025 or as decided by RJIL, and the free JioFiber/JioAirFiber connection will be activated on first come first serve basis only for eligible users residing in feasible buildings.
"Recharge Cycles” shall mean the validity period of recharge as per the tariff plan.
"RRL" shall mean Reliance Retail Limited and its Affiliates.
"RJIL or Jio" shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm.
"T&C" shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
The Offer and the benefits herein shall be made available by RJIL to an Eligible Subscriber.
Offer Benefits -
An Eligible Subscriber who meets the criteria needs to express interest for the 50 days free JioFiber/JioAirFiber offer via Jio.com/MyJio.
Post 50-Day Offer -
At the end of the free period, users will be migrated to the JioFiber/JioAirFiber ₹599 postpaid plan.
Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")
The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to feasibility.
These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
Jio reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Benefits under this Offer are non-transferable.
This Offer is subject to TRAI, DOT, or any other regulatory guidelines.
If feasibility is not available at the user’s location, Jio reserves the right to deny participation in the JioHome offer.
RJIL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, benefits accrued on or before the withdrawal will not be affected.
RJIL may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer. Any modifications will be posted on www.jio.com.
The Eligible Subscriber consents to be contacted by RJIO for promotional messages and alerts, even if registered under NDNC (National Do Not Call Registry).
The user agrees to be bound by the JHS terms & conditions available at https://www.hotstar.com/tnc/in.
Eligible Subscribers authorize RRL/RJIO to collect and share their personal information with partners for offer fulfillment, in accordance with Jio’s Privacy Policy at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy.
