Reward Mi (“Program”) is a reward program aimed at recognizing and rewarding customers of Mi Store with exclusive benefits. This Program is offered exclusively by third party seller (“Seller”) selling products on www.mi.com, mobile.mi.com and Mi Store android mobile app (collectively, “Mi Store”).
Participation in this Program is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872 and who have registered on the Mi Store and have their Mi Accounts. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to participate in the Program.
You are not bound in any way to participate in this Program and any such participation is purely voluntary. Your participation in this Program is governed by these terms and conditions, and such other policies as applicable to the Mi Store including but not limited to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and User Agreement, available at www.mi.com/in/about
By participating in this Program, you will be entitled to earn “Mi Tokens”, which are points acquired when you (i) purchase product(s) on Mi Store; (ii) share product pages and reviews on social media; and (iii) participate in events and other activities organized on Mi Store. The Mi Tokens accrued under this Program will be credited to your registered Mi account on Mi Store.
Subject to the maximum limit mentioned at Point No. 5, you will get Mi Tokens as given hereunder:
(i) When you purchase product(s) on Mi Store: For each transaction (including single or multiple products), you will get Mi Tokens equivalent to 10% of the transaction value. Mi Tokens will be credited 4 days after successful delivery of the product(s). For e.g. If you purchase a Mi device worth ₹10,000, you will get 1,000 Mi Tokens i.e. 10% of the total transaction value. In case an order includes sub-orders which are delivered separately, Mi Tokens will be added 4 days after successful delivery of each sub-order. Mi tokens is not given for shipping charges. For instance if product cost is ₹ 200 and the shipping charges is ₹50, the Mi tokens added to the account will be 20 even though the order value is ₹250
(ii) Social Sharing: For every product page or review available on Mi Store that is shared by you on social media, you will get 5 Mi Tokens.
(iii) Others: You can also earn Mi Tokens by participating in specific campaigns and events, as organized from time to time. The number of Mi Tokens that can be earned by you will vary for each campaign/event.
As a welcome gesture, if your purchased product(s) on Mi Store got delivered between May 1, 2017 (00:00 hours) to June 15, 2017 (23:59 hours), you will receive Mi Tokens equivalent to 10% of the total transaction(s) carried out by you during such period capped to 2000 Mi tokens per user
Users can use Mi tokens after joining the Program.
The limit on the number of Mi Tokens that you can get is given below: (i) When you purchase product(s) on Mi Store: You will receive Mi Tokens equivalent to 10% of the total transaction(s) carried out by you during such period, upon joining the Program. You can get a Mi tokens for first 5 orders in a calendar month only (ii) Social Sharing: You can get a maximum of 5 Mi Tokens in a day irrespective of the actual number of product pages and/or reviews shared by you in the corresponding day. (iii) Others: As announced from time to time.
Once you have acquired a certain number of Mi Tokens, you will be eligible to redeem your Mi Tokens to get F-Codes and/or Discount Coupons through your Mi Account on Mi Store.
The number of Mi Tokens required to redeem F-Codes and/or Discount Coupons will vary with each F-Code and/or Discount Coupon and will be notified on Mi Store from time to time. It can be changed without further notice.
F-Code is a priority code that allows you to purchase a product on Mi Store even when it is not in stock for other customers.
A Discount Coupon allows you to avail certain discount while purchasing selected product(s) on Mi Store.
Each F-Code and Discount Coupon will be valid for such duration as mentioned thereon.
F-codes and Discount Coupons once generated cannot be returned or cancelled. Once you have confirmed your redemption request, it is irrevocable and you cannot ask for a refund of the Mi Tokens used for the redemption, or reverse your request.
Mi Tokens cannot be transferred from one account to another because they are linked to your registered Mi Account on Mi Store.
Discount Coupons are linked to your registered Mi Account on Mi Store and hence, they cannot be transferred from one account to another. If you wish to share your Discount Coupons with family/friends, then they may use the same but only through your Mi Account.
F-Codes are not linked with your registered Mi Account on Mi Store and you can share them with your family/friends, who may use the same through their own Mi Accounts.
Mi Tokens are valid for a minimum period twelve (12) months and maximum period of twenty four (24) months. Mi Tokens will expire based on following schedule:
