Two-tone flash intelligently
adjusts color temperature

There's nothing quite as beautiful as natural lighting. That's why Mi 4i's two-tone flash intelligently calculates the amount of cool whites and warm yellows to mix and emit when the flash goes off. It does this by assessing color temperature of the environment, so images look natural and beautiful even with flash.

Incredibly rich detail with HDR shots

Taking pictures of bright skies can be a dilemma. If the exposure is right for the foreground, the sky usually gets overexposed. HDR solves this by taking two shots in quick succession, each with an accurate exposure for the foreground and background, and merges them together. It also applies automatic gamma and contrast tuning, color correction and low-light de-noising enhancements to bring out incredibly rich detail in photos.

    Supports up to 10-second countdowns, so you can focus on putting on your best smile and let the camera do the rest of the work!

  • Night image stabilization

    Night image stabilization compensates for any movement of the camera while taking long-exposure nocturnal shots, for clearer images in low light conditions.

  • Torch

    To prevent pictures from being overexposed, keep the flash on while you gauge the best distance and angle to take the shot.

  • Quick exposure
    adjustment

    Tap the display to select your area of focus and then adjust the exposure value (EV) of the image by sliding the quick exposure wheel. This lets you tailor the brightness and shodow settings of the image in real-time using one of 12 presets.

  • Beautify

    Our beloved Beautify tool is also available in the rear camera, so you can enhance photos of friends to have smoother skin and an all-natural glow.

  • Manual mode

    Manual mode is extremely intuitive with simple icons and sliders to adjust white balance, focus, shutter speed, exposure time and ISO. This is available directly on the screen as you frame the shot.
