How do I Check the available balance or expiry date on my gift card?
To purchase Mi.com Gift card, please follow below mentioned steps:
1. Click on Mi Gift Card option on Mi.com
2. Select a gift card
3. Enter recipient email address
4. Select or enter the Gift Card value
5. Schedule delivery
6. Make payment using your credit card, debit card or net banking
7. On successful payment, the Gift Card details will be sent to the recipients email address.
You may click on the Add to Mi Account link on the My account -> Mi Gift Card and enter your 16 digit Gift card number and 6 digit PIN received on the email. Follow the below mentioned steps to redeem the gift card:
1. Select Gift Card from Use Gift Card.
2. Click on Place Order
3. If the applied gift card amount is less than the order amount, then make pay the balance by choosing one of the payments option.

Mi Gift Card terms and conditions
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, wherever the context so requires, you and your shall relate to any natural or legal person who has agreed to purchase Mi branded gift cards, whether electronic or physical Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
Gift Cards are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India RBI to issue such Gift Cards.
The Gift Cards can be redeemed online against purchases from Sellers listed on www.mi.com/in/ or Mi Store App.
The Gift Cards, upon authentication of Know Your Customer KYC details will be delivered to customers via email.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
Gift Cards can be purchased on www.mi.com/in/ or Mi Store App using the following payment modes only Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking Indian accounts. However, Cash on delivery, International Cards, Gift Cards and Wallets are not acceptable modes of payment for a gift card purchase. The acceptable payment methods shall be visible to you at the checkout.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards. Mi.com and Qwikcilver are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance after deduction of order value will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
Once the Gift Card has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN or Gift Card number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of the Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to your fault, Mi.com or Qwikcilver will not be responsible for the same and no refund will be issued.
Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
You can combine a maximum of 10 Gift Cards in a single order at the time of checkout.
