Xiaomi India reserves the right to modify all or part of the Terms & conditions for technical, operational or commercial reasons
In addition, Xiaomi India reserves the right to exclude any participant from the promotion who, in its opinion, has entered in an improper manner, or any participant who defrauds, disrupts or obstructs the smooth, normal and lawful operation of this Promotion, including those who have demonstrably or suspected acted improperly in the manner described above.
Pre-booking Details: The pre-booking process is divided into two phases, which are described in more detail below.
A. First phase: Pre-booking phase, In the Pre-booking Phase
Participants have to make an advance payment for the selected Product (hereinafter "Product") through their personal mi.com Account. A successful pre-booking for the product qualifies participants to purchase the product in the second phase.
The pre-booking window is open from 19th March 2025 - 02nd April 2025 (11:59:59 PM). For the fulfilment of the pre-booking, the participant cannot use discount coupons that he may already have in his mi.com account. Participants may only prepay for one (1) product per purchase. A Mi Account ID can purchase a maximum of 1 number of products during the pre-booking period · The Pre-booking amount will be ₹4,999 only
B. Second phase: Balance Payment phase
Participants who have successfully deposited the pre-booking amount into their mi.com account within the above period may fulfil the order to purchase the product during the balance payment phase of the promotion. Participants can visit "My Orders" under "Account" section to pay balance amount for the product. The balance payment amount needs to be paid from 03rd April 2025 - 13th April 2025 (11:59:59 PM).
At this stage, participants may use other offers to (partially) settle the remaining balance, as per the terms and conditions applicable on the respective offers.
Cancellation
Participants who do not wish to participate after paying the prebooking amount can request a refund at any time during the prebooking phase. Alternatively, if participants do not apply for refund for the prebooking amount, prebooking orders will be automatically cancelled if balance payment is not made within the above mentioned timelines & they will receive a refund in 2-7 working days in the source account with which they paid.
