  1. The Offer Overview

By participating in the Xiaomi X Pro QLED 75 Prebooking Program ("Offer"), customers secure an exclusive warranty upgrade.

  • Standard Warranty: 1 Year Comprehensive + 1 Year Additional on Panel.

  • Prebooking Offer Benefit: 4 Years Comprehensive Warranty on the entire TV.

    • Note: This benefit replaces the standard warranty terms. It provides total coverage for 4 years from the date of activation/installation.

  1. Eligibility & Prebooking Process

To be eligible for the 4-Year Comprehensive Warranty, the customer must:

  • Reserve: Pay the prebooking token amount of ₹999 on mi.com or the Mi Store App between 19th Feb (12 PM) and 26th Feb (11:59 PM).

  • Payment Mode: The prebooking amount must be paid via prepaid instruments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for the prebooking transaction.

  1. Balance Payment & Redemption

  • Redemption Window: The window to complete the purchase opens on 27th February 2026 at 12:00 PM.

  • Completing the Order:

    • Log in to your mi.com account used for prebooking.

    • Navigate to the "My Orders" section or the specific Prebook page.

    • Pay the balance amount: SRP (₹69,999) - Prebook Amount (₹999) = Balance Payable.

  • Deadline: The balance payment must be completed by 15th March 2026. If payment is not made by this date, the prebooking benefit (4 Years Warranty) will lapse.

  1. Warranty Terms (The Benefit)

  • Scope: The 4-Year Comprehensive Warranty covers the panel, motherboard, speakers, and other internal components against manufacturing defects.

  • Activation: The extended warranty is automatically linked to the TV’s Serial Number upon successful delivery and installation by an authorized Xiaomi technician.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, aesthetic changes, or issues arising from improper electrical supply/grounding.

  • Service: Service must be carried out by Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers only.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Voluntary Cancellation: Users can cancel their prebooking request at any time before the final purchase. The ₹999 token amount will be fully refunded to the original source of payment.

  • Automatic Cancellation: If the balance payment is not completed by 15th March 2026, the prebooking order will be considered cancelled.

  • Refund Timeline: In case of cancellation (voluntary or automatic), the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment mode.

  1. General Terms

  • This Offer is valid only for customers in India.

  • The 4-Year Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Xiaomi India reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.
