XIAOMI WARRANTY NOTICE
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS CONVEYED BY LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE. INDEED, IN SOME COUNTRIES, PROVINCES OR STATES, CONSUMER LAW MAY IMPOSE A MINIMUM WARRANTY PERIOD. OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, XIAOMI DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS WE INVITE YOU TO CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE.
This contractual Warranty applies only to the hardware components of Xiaomi Product (hereafter “Product”) as originally supplied and does not apply to any software or other equipment that are owned by Xiaomi or third parties for which an end-user license agreement or separate warranty/guarantee statements or exclusions are provided or intended to apply.
1. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Xiaomi warrants the original purchaser that your Xiaomi Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Except otherwise provided by applicable law, the warranty lasts and is provided for 2 years. Notwithstanding the foregoing clause, Xiaomi does not exclude, limit or suspend the minimum legal warranty period imposed by applicable law.
Xiaomi does not warrant the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. REMEDIES
If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by Xiaomi within the Warranty Period, Xiaomi will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished product, or (3) refund the Product, excluding potential shipping costs.
In the event of a defect, to the fullest extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
In accordance with applicable law, Xiaomi may require the customer to present proof of purchase details and warranty card with IMEI of the Product. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Xiaomi will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
4. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Unless otherwise stipulated by Xiaomi, this Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for Xiaomi, that can be identified by the "Xiaomi" or “Mi” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any: (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Alterations or modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-Xiaomi products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Xiaomi or with improper voltage or power supply; (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Xiaomi or (i) failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's usage.
Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. No Xiaomi reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Except as prohibited by laws or otherwise promised by Xiaomi, the after-sales services shall be limited to the country or region of the original purchase.
Products which were not duly imported and/or were not duly manufactured by Xiaomi and/or were not duly acquired from Xiaomi or a Xiaomi’s official seller are not covered by the present warranties. As per applicable law you may benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer who sold the product. Therefore, Xiaomi invites you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
The present warranties do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
5. IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Except prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
6. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Except prohibited by applicable law, Xiaomi shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Xiaomi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
7. EU WARRANTY SERVICE
In accordance with EU legislation, Xiaomi offers a warranty service between countries where Xiaomi officially sells its Products. If you have purchased your Product in Spain, France, Italy or Portugal, you can apply for warranty service in any of these countries.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND BENEFICIARIES

3. PERIOD OF THE SERVICES
One free screen replacement within 6 months: six (6) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by end user. The purchase date must be before (28/02/2027).
Xiaomi 17 Ultra Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service: twenty-four (24) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by end user.
Users who successfully purchase Xiaomi 17 Ultra during the initial sales month (from 28/02/2026 to 31/03/2026) will receive a one-time replacement right. A one-time replacement right within the warranty period:The validity period of this service commences on the start date of the warranty period and terminates on the end date of the warranty period.
Out-of-warranty repair with free labor costs within warranty period :The validity period of this service commences on the start date of the warranty period and terminates on the end date of the warranty period.
4-month trial of Spotify Premium at no cost. The Promotion is available only to Beneficiaries who purchase the eligible device, activate the device, and redeem the offer on or before August 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM (local time).
3-month trial of Google AI Pro at no cost. The Promotion is available only to Beneficiaries who purchase the eligible device, activate the device, and redeem the offer on or before June 12, 2027, at 11:59 PM (local time).
3-month trial of YouTube Premium at no cost. The Promotion is available only to Beneficiaries who purchase the eligible device, activate the device, and redeem the offer on or before August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (local time).
4. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
4.1 One free screen replacement within 6 months
Beneficiaries who purchase the Product between the 28/02/2026 and 28/02/2027 are eligible for a One-time (1) free screen replacement service during the first six (6) months after the date of first purchase of the Product by the end user, if the screen of the above mentioned Products is damaged or faulty by a non-intentional action by end users (i.e. like non-intentional falling of the Product).
If the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center assesses the screen should be replaced, such replacement of the screen shall be free of any charge.
In order to benefit from this offer, Beneficiaries must contact the Xiaomi Customer Support. Beneficiaries might be requested to provide the invoice of the purchase or the delivery bill.
Exclusions
This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:
The serial number and/or IMEI number of the Product is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
The Product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi;
Damages to the screen are caused intentionally or with gross negligence;
Damages affect only the surface of the screen, such as scratches or other aesthetic appearance of the screen;
Damages are incurred by malware, unauthorized software or third-party apps used by the end users;
The Beneficiary does not provide the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill if it is required;
The defect is caused by a non-intended purposes use or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the seller´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
The defect arises from the Beneficiary’s own or unauthorized repair/manipulation, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components.
This service is not also applicable to Products that, due to the damages or alteration of the screen, have to be replaced with a new Product. Such replacement will be subject to the legal warranty standards.
Nothing in this offer shall limit Beneficiaries’ rights under the applicable law.
4.2 Xiaomi 17 Ultra Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service
Beneficiaries who purchased Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be eligible for the Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service (including repair service and software upgrade service) at the designated service center(s) of Xiaomi in the markets listed in the terms and conditions of Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service for Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The services under this international warranty service will be provided: (1) in accordance with the laws and standards in the market where the services are provided, to the extent permitted by local laws, and (2) based on the availability of materials in this market, to ensure that the Product can be used normally in the market where services are provided.

4.3 A one-time replacement right within the warranty period
a) If the device is verified by Xiaomi's official after-sales service to have a warranty-covered hardware quality defect, the user shall be entitled to an optional one-time replacement-instead-of-repair service as an additional after-sales benefit, with Xiaomi directly shipping a new device to the user's designated location. This service will not limit consumers’ statutory right to repair.
b) When using this service, users shall first hand over their old mobile phones to be replaced to Xiaomi's official after-sales service before receiving the new mobile phones for replacement.
c) This service entitlement shall become null and void and unenforceable if the device has any repair records.
d) The replacement-instead-of-repair entitlement is limited to a single use and shall expire immediately after a device replacement is completed under this entitlement.
e) For device replacement, a brand-new device of the same model(same capable and color ) will be the primary option.
f) The scope of this warranty service is limited to hardware malfunctions covered by the three guarantees (repair, replacement and refund) provisions. It excludes malfunctions caused by accidental or intentional human damage, including but not limited to falling, collision, extrusion, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly or repair, dents, scratches and loss of components; in addition, the relevant accessories (The charger, data cable, and other items included in the packaging that come with the mobile phone.) of the device must be complete.
g) No replacement-instead-of-repair service shall be provided for battery issues arising from normal wear and tear during use, nor for problems unrelated to electrical performance.
h) The replacement-instead-of-repair service is only available for use in the local market where the mobile phone was purchased.
i) A one-time replacement right within the warranty period is only available for Xiaomi 17 Ultra
j) This benefit is not available in the EU region, where consumer rights are governed by local statutory warranty regulations
4.4 Out-of-warranty repair with free labor costs within the warranty period
Beneficiaries are eligible for out-of-warranty repair (“OOW Repair”) with free labor cost within the warranty period from the date Beneficiaries purchased the Product (hereinafter, “OOW Repair Period”). Only labor fees can be exempted, other spare parts cost and/or logistic cost shall subject to the respective Xiaomi Authorized Service Centre where the OOW Repair is provided.
Mechanism of the OOW repair
For the performance of the out of warranty repair (hereinafter “Repair”), the Beneficiaries will benefit from labor fees for free (spare parts costs and/or logistics costs excluded as better specified under A (i) and A (ii) below).
During the OOW Repair Period, Beneficiaries can make use of the Service by:

Beneficiaries can contact Xiaomi Customer Service during the OOW Repair Period through the contact information as listed on https://www.mi.com/global/support/warranty/ie/ and apply for the Service.
The Xiaomi Customer Service will ask Beneficiaries to provide invoice of the purchase or delivery bill and IMEI number of the Product, in order to check if the conditions of the Service are fulfilled and arrange mail-in repair.
After the device is arrived at the mail-in repair center, an inspection of the Product will be performed and a detailed offer for the repair of the Product. The labor cost will already be extracted from this offer. Please note that the cost of spare parts and logistics are not part of this Service and shall be borne by the Beneficiary. Beneficiaries can then decide whether to accept the offer and have the Product repaired, or not. In the latter case, the Product will be returned, the inspection costs and logistics fee will be borne by the Beneficiaries.
This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:

5.2 The maintenance of some components may be required for replacement of spare parts. Therefore, the repaired products or parts may not be the original ones.

6. The Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi enjoys the same benefits as the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

3.1 One (1) limited broken-screen warranty
Beneficiaries who purchase the Product between the 25th February 2024 and 25th February 2025 are eligible for a One-time (1) free screen replacement or repair service during the first six (6) months after the date of first purchase of the Product by the Beneficiary (hereinafter, “Screen Repair Period”), if the screen of the above mentioned Products is damaged or faulty by a non-intentional action by end users (i.e. like non-intentional falling of the Product).
Such repair of the screen shall be free of any charge. If the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center assesses the screen should be replaced, such replacement of the screen shall also be free of any charge.
In order to benefit from this offer, Beneficiaries must contact the Xiaomi Customer Support. Beneficiaries might be requested to provide the invoice of the purchase or the delivery bill.
a) Exclusions
This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:
The serial number and/or IMEI number of the Product is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
The Product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi;
Damages to the screen are caused intentionally or with gross negligence;
Damages affect only the surface of the screen, such as scratches or other aesthetic appearance of the screen;
Damages are incurred by malware, unauthorized software or third-party apps used by the end users;
The Beneficiary does not provide the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill if it is required;
The defect is caused by a non-intended purposes use or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the seller´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
The defect arises from the Beneficiary’s own or unauthorized repair/manipulation, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components.
This service is also not applicable to Products that, due to the damages or alteration of the screen, have to be replaced with a new Product. Such replacement will be subject to the legal warranty standards.
Nothing in this offer shall limit Beneficiaries’ rights under the applicable law.
3.2 Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service
Beneficiaries who purchased Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be eligible for the Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service (including SWAP repair service and software upgrade service) at the designated service center(s) of Xiaomi in the markets listed in the terms and conditions of Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service for Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The services under this international warranty service will be provided: (1) in accordance with the laws and standards in the market where the services are provided, to the extent permitted by local laws, and (2) based on the availability of materials in this market, to ensure that the Product can be used normally in the market where services are provided.

For the purpose of providing you the Services under this agreement, Xiaomi will act as the data controller and we will collect, store and use your strictly necessary contact information (name, phone number, email address, ID number) and the device information. Please note that we may share also this information with any of our Authorized Service Centers, if necessary.

4.2 The maintenance of some components may be required for replacement of spare parts. Therefore, the repaired products or parts may not be the original ones.

The International Service Warranty is particularly useful to customers, who purchase a product within the included markets and require warranty service in another participating country.
a) Scope of Warranty
End users who purchased a Xiaomi 13 Pro (“Product”) from any official authorized sales channel of Xiaomi in one market listed in the “Table 1” and activated their Product within this market or satisfied the conditions otherwise published by Xiaomi (“Consumers”) will be eligible for the services (including SWAP repair service and software upgrade service) under this Warranty at the designated service center(s) of Xiaomi in other markets listed in the “Table 1”, which is offered by Xiaomi H.K. Limited registered at Suite 3209, 32/F, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, 15 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The period of this Warranty is 24 months calculated from the purchase date of the Product.
The services under this Warranty will be provided: (1) in accordance with the laws and standards in the market where the services are provided, to the extent permitted by local laws, and (2) based on the availability of materials in this market, to ensure that the Product can be used normally in the market where services are provided. The price of spare parts and labor fee are subject to the local Xiaomi’s Service Center where the service is provided.
And spare parts available for the out-of-warranty service of Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service include: Motherboard, Screen, Battery, Battery cover and others. The availability is subject to the local Xiaomi Service Center.
Please be noted that the appearance/function of your smartphone/repaired material may vary as a result of Service provided, and the safety qualification standards/marks for your smartphone/repaired materials may be applicable only to the place where the Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service is provided due to the requirements of local laws that may differ from the requirements of the laws in the place where you purchased and activated your smartphone.
b) Exclusion
This commercial warranty will not apply to the following cases:
1. The Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service only supports repair (including SWAP repair and upgrade service) of designated models in the covered markets but no returns of Smartphones. Other services are subjected to the place whether the service is provided.
2. Consumers are required to give collection authorization for information needed to provide Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service, and sign the handover form and instruction form, otherwise the relevant Xiaomi’s Service Center has the right to refuse to provide Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service.
3. For smartphones purchased through unofficial channels, the service center has the right to refuse to provide services. Please purchase the device through an official channel recognized by Xiaomi.
Moreover, this commercial warranty will not cover the following cases when:
1. Smartphone model is not covered by Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service.
2. Smartphones are not sold and activated in the markets stated in the “Table 1”.
3. Smartphones are sold through unofficial channels of the markets stated in the “Table 1”.
4. Any modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by Xiaomi.
5. Smartphones exceed the time limit of the service at the location where the service is provided.
6. Refund is requested, or a replacement is requested in cases where there are no product quality issue.
7. The device cannot be used due to cross-region rather than device failure (for example, it does not support other regional network standards and cannot access the Internet, etc.).
8. Cases beyond the scope of the statutory service policy of the service place.
Nothing in this Commercial Warranty shall limit Consumers’ rights under applicable law.

Additionally to the consumer rights granted by the legal warranty and according to the terms which are published on https://www.mi.com/global/service/warranty the following voluntary additional and free of charge commercial guarantee shall apply to all consumers in Territory of Ireland (hereinafter the “Consumer”). The period of the Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service is TWENTY-FOUR (24) months calculated from the purchase date of the Product*.

The Xiaomi’s designated Service Center in the Territories will provide Consumers with warranty services permitted by local laws and which might include the following services:
1.In-warranty repair: for Products which are still under warranty, Consumers shall be requested to provide a valid purchase proof and/or warranty card, and after the Xiaomi’s Service Center detects and confirms that the warranty conditions are met (warranty conditions can be found under https://www.mi.com/global/service/support/warranty/ie.html), Consumers can enjoy in-warranty services.
Out-of-warranty repair: for Products which are not under warranty (i.e. warranty period has expired and/or the Product has out-of-warranty faults) defective spare parts can be replaced at the local Xiaomi’s Service Center with a charge (which might include spare parts cost, labor fee and logistics fee)*. Spare parts included on this out of warranty repair are: Motherboard, Screen, Battery, Battery cover and others.
*The availability of spare part and the price of spare parts and labor fee might vary depending on the local Xiaomi’s Service Center where the service is provided, please check in the local Xiaomi Service Center.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DIFFERENT XIAOMI SERVICE CENTERS PER TERRITORY MIGHT HAVE ITS OWN LOCAL REQUIREMENTS AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO LOCAL LAW. THEREFORE, SAFETY QUALIFICATION STANDARDS/MARKS AND THE APPEARANCE/FUNCTION MATERIALS OF THE PRODUCT MAY VARY AS, A RESULT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL XIAOMI SERVICE CENTER.
Exclusion
This International Service Warranty will not apply to the following cases:

If Consumer does not provide all the necessary information to the Service Center to create a work order (i.e. name phone number, address, email address, IMEI of the device and fault), or to sign the repair authorization requested from the Service Center (if required).

Moreover, this International Service Warranty will not cover the following cases when:
Smartphones not purchased and activated in the Territories in the “Table 1”.
Any modification, disassembly, or repair that is not authorized by Xiaomi.

Additionally to the consumer rights granted by the legal warranty and according to the terms which are published on https://www.mi.com/uk/service/warranty/ the following voluntary optional and free of charge commercial guarantee shall apply to all consumers in Territory of Republic of Ireland (“ The Consumer The commercial guarantee is offered by Xiaomi H.K. Limited registered at Suite 3209, 32/F, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, 15 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
1. SCOPE
Consumers who purchase a Xiaomi Mi 11 (“Product”) between the 15th March 2021 and 15th June 2022, at any official sales channel (online or offline) of Xiaomi in the Territory of Republic of Ireland (“Territory”) and activate the Smartphone within the Territory, will be eligible to a one-time (1) free repair service at the local Xiaomi´s Service Center during the first twelve (12) months after the purchase, if the screen of the above mentioned Products is damaged or faulty by a non-intentional action by Consumer (i.e. like non-intentional falling of the Product).
Such repair of the screen shall be free of any charge and includes, if need be, the replacement of the screen also free of any charge.
In order to benefit from this commercial guarantee, Consumers must contact the Xiaomi Customer Support. Consumers might be requested to send the invoice of the purchase or the delivery bill.
2. EXCLUSIONS
This commercial guarantee shall not be applicable or cover to the following cases:
I. Damage to the screen caused intentionally or with gross negligence;
II. Damages affecting only the surface of the screen, such as scratches or other aesthetic appearance of the screen;
III. Damages incurred by malware, unauthorized software or third-party apps used by the Consumer.
Moreover, the commercial warranty shall as well not in any of the following cases:
I. The Consumer does not disclose the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill;
II. The serial number and/or the IMEI number is damaged or has been removed or tampered;
III. The Product is counterfeit and has not been manufactured by Xiaomi;
IV. The defect is caused by a non-intended purposes use or contrary to Xioami’s or the seller´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
V. The defect arises from the Consumer’s own or unauthorized repair/manipulation, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software or components.
This commercial warranty is not applicable to Products that, due to the damages or alteration of the screen, have to be replaced with a new Product. Such replacement will be subject to the legal warranty standards.
Nothing in this Commercial Guarantee shall limit Consumers rights under the applible law.
