TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document sets out the terms and conditions for the Benefit Package Reservation Event (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).
We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from [23/02/2026]
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
Term
The Promotion runs from 23/02/2026 13:00-28/02/2026 11:59 (AEDT) , or until stock of the Xiaomi 17 Series runs out, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
To participate in the Promotion you must have a registered Mi Account and either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.
Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.
Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Details of the Promotion
To participate in the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period, both (A) register interest for the Xiaomi 17 Series at <https://www.mi.com/au/event/2026/xiaomi-launch-february-2026/> during the pre-launch period which runs 23/02/2026 13:00-28/02/2026 11:59 (AEDT) and (B) purchase a Xiaomi 17 Series device via our Website during the period (together, the “Qualifying Activity”).
Each Participant who completes the Qualifying Activity will receive Xiaomi Tag at no cost (the “Gift”).
There are some limitations to the offer as part of the Promotion:
(a) we may withdraw or substitute item of equal or greater value if stock of the Gift is exhausted or otherwise unavailable;
(b) (a) if the Participant wishes to return their Xiaomi 17 Series device under our change of mind return policy, they must also return the Gift as part of the return – it cannot be retained separately from the Xiaomi 17 Series device;
(c) a Participant may only participate once in this Promotion;
(d) the coupon offered does not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;
(e) the coupon cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons; and
(f) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
(g) Free gift Xiaomi Tag can be shipped separately from the phone.
(h) Free gift Xiaomi Tag can be dispatched up to 90 days later
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating the Qualifying Activity in any way.
Privacy
We collect and handle any personal information you provide to us in relation to the Promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy [https://www.mi.com/au/support/policy/privacy-policy].
