This document sets out the terms and conditions for the “Xiaomi Fan Festival 2026" (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).

We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from 30/03/2026/00:00 (AEDT) - 08/04/2026/ 23:59 (AEST).

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

1. Term

The Promotion runs from 30/03/2026 00:00 (AEDT) - 08/04/2026 23:59 (AEST) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period comprises two parts:

(a) The “Warm-up Period” from 30/03/2026 00:00 (AEDT) to 05/04/2026 23:59 (AEST) ; and

(b) The “Festival Period” from 06/04/2026 00:00 to 08/04/2026 23:59 (AEST).

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion, you must either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.

Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.

Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Details of the Promotion

Xiaomi is offering offers as part of the Promotion, and participants may take up any one or more of these offers depending on whether they satisfy the relevant qualifying criteria for each particular during the Promotion Period:

1. Limited coupon offer: During the Promotion Period, we will release a limited-time coupons specially for the purchase of certain products. We will publish via https://www.mi.com/au/event/xiaomi-fan-festival/ details of the particular product, special discounts or pricing and the time period during which the offer is available. These offers are subject to those particular details and any other terms we publish as part of those promotions. the details are:

1.1 Daily Flash Coupons

During the Warm-up Period, we may offer limited-quantity coupons for special discounts or special pricing for particular products each day. Upon claiming the coupons, a Participant can use the Coupon to purhcase one or more of the particular products during the Festival Period. All products are subject to availability of stock and are offered on a “first come, first served” basis. A participant can claim coupons as follows:

• on 30 March, one $150 coupon is valid for the purchase of Redmi Note 14 5G 8GB+256GB during 06 - 08 April;

• on 31 March, one 80% off coupon is valid for the purchase of Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Ceramic Edition Pearl White during 06 - 08 April;

• on 01 April, one 80% off coupon is valid for the purchase of Xiaomi 33W Magnetic Power Bank 10000 Integrated Cable during 06 - 08 April;

• on 02 April, one 80% off coupon is valid for the purchase of Xiaomi 120W HyperCharge Combo (Type-A) during 06 - 08 April;

• on 03 April, one 70% off coupon is valid for the purchase of Xiaomi Massage Gun mini 2 during 06 - 08 April;

• on 04 April, one 60% off coupon is valid for the purchase of Xiaomi Cordless Pressure Washer during 06 - 08 April

• on 05 April, one 60% off coupon is valid for the purchase of Mijia Truclean W30 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum during 06 - 08 April

1.2 Category Coupons

During the Promotion Period, we may offer limited-quantity coupons for special discounts or special pricing for particular products or categories. Upon claiming the coupons, a Participant can use the Coupon to purhcase one or more of the particular products during the Festival Period. All products are subject to availability of stock and are offered on a “first come, first served” basis. A participant can claim coupons as follows:

• one 60% off coupon is valid for the purchase of any robot vacuum during 06 - 08 April;

• one 50% off coupon is valid for the purchase of any handheld vacuum during 06 - 08 April;

• one $300 coupon is valid for the purchase of Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Lite during 06 - 08 April;

• one 30% off coupon is valid for the purchase of any monitor during 06 - 08 April;

• one 30% off coupon is valid for the purchase of any tablet during 06 - 08 April; and

• one $100 coupon is valid for the purchase of REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G 12GB+512GB during 06 - 08 April;

2. Gift offer: To participate in this offer, an eligible person must, during the Festival Period, purchase POCO M8 5G or POCO X8 Pro (the “Qualifying Activity”) on the Website. Each Participant who completes the Qualifying Activity will be eligible to receive Xiaomi 33W Magnetic Power Bank 10000 (Integrated Cable) at no cost (the “Gift”). The details are referring to the related information on the Website, and we may adjust it considering stock limit and other reasonable elements without prior notice.

3. Mi Points Rewards: To participate in this offer, Participants can earn 1,000 Mi Points per day (200 stock daily) during Festival Period by clicking on the “Claim now” button on the Website.

There are some limitations to the four promotional offers:

(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal or greater value if stocks of additional product are exhausted or otherwise unavailable;

(b) any coupon in the limited coupon offer can only be used toward the purchase price of certain products (as applicable, and as described above);

(c) the benefits offered do not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;

(d) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons;

(e) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash; and

(F) all products are subject to availability and are offered on a “first come, first served” basis. Adding items to a shopping cart does not constitute a reservation of stock.

If any Participant wishes to return their purchased products of the Qualifying Activity under our change of mind returns policy, they must also return any complimentary product received as part of this Promotion as part (and subject to the requirements of our policy) of that return – the complimentary products cannot be retained where you change your mind.

We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating processes of meeting the qualifying criteria in any way (including by using bots, automation or other techniques to claim coupons).

4. Privacy
