Xiaomi EOFY Sale

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the “Xiaomi EOFY Sale 2026" (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).

We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from 29/05/2026/00:00 - 30/06/2026/ 23:59 (AEST).

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

  1. Term

The Promotion runs from 29/05/2026/00:00 - 30/06/2026/ 23:59 (AEST) (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion, you must either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.

Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.

Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  1. Details of the Promotion

Xiaomi is offering offers as part of the Promotion, and participants may take up any one or more of these offers depending on whether they satisfy the relevant qualifying criteria for each particular during the Promotion Period:

1. Limited coupon offer: During the Promotion Period, we will release a limited-time coupons specially for the purchase of certain products. We will publish via https://www.mi.com/au/event/offer-exclusive-deals/details of the particular product, special discounts or pricing and the time period during which the offer is available. These offers are subject to those particular details and any other terms we publish as part of those promotions. the details are:

1.1 Category Coupons

During the Promotion Period, we may offer limited-quantity coupons for special discounts or special pricing for particular products or categories. Upon claiming the coupons, a Participant can use the Coupon to purhcase one or more of the particular products during the Festival Period. All products are subject to availability of stock and are offered on a “first come, first served” basis. A participant can claim coupons as follows:

2. Mi Points Rewards: To participate in this offer, Participants can earn 500 Mi Points per day (200 stock daily) during Festival Period by clicking on the “Claim now” button on the Website.

3.1 How to enter the Promotion

To participate in the Promotion, you must, during 29/05/2026/00:00 - 30/06/2026/ 23:59 (AEST) be a customer who has already placed an order on the Australia Xiaomi official website mi.com/au

3.2 What is the Prize?

(a) By entering the Promotion, you may win one of 15 available Prizes in below:

  1. First Prize (1 winner): 2 × POCO M8 5G

  2. Second Prize (5 winners): 5 × Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro

  3. Third Prize (8 winners): 8 × REDMI buds 6

(b) There are some limits on the Prize, it:

(i) is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash and/or other products;

(ii) can only be redeemed once; and

(iii) may be substituted by us depending on stocks of Prize.

3.3 How will the Prize be drawn?

First Prize (1 winner): the 1st and 88th users who spend over $1,000.

Second Prize (5 winners): the 1st, 8th, 58th, 108th users who spend over $500.

Third Prize (8 winners): make any purchase to be automatically entered. Winners are the 1st, 10th, 50th, 100th, 200th, 300th, 400th, and 600th customers.

3.4 When will the Prize be drawn?

(a) We will publish the winners' list on Xiaomi mi.com on 5 July 2026 (the "Notification Date").

(b) Prizes may be dispatched within thirty(30) business days after receiving and verifying all required information, including valid delivery details. Delivery is available within Australia only.

There are some limitations to the four promotional offers:

(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal or greater value if stocks of additional product are exhausted or otherwise unavailable;

(b) any coupon in the limited coupon offer can only be used toward the purchase price of certain products (as applicable, and as described above);

(c) the benefits offered do not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;

(d) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons;

(e) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash; and

(F) all products are subject to availability and are offered on a “first come, first served” basis. Adding items to a shopping cart does not constitute a reservation of stock.

If any Participant wishes to return their purchased products of the Qualifying Activity under our change of mind returns policy, they must also return any complimentary product received as part of this Promotion as part (and subject to the requirements of our policy) of that return – the complimentary products cannot be retained where you change your mind.

We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating processes of meeting the qualifying criteria in any way (including by using bots, automation or other techniques to claim coupons).
