TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the “O12 First Sale Event” (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).

We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from 30 September 2025.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

  1. Term

The Promotion runs from 00:30 am AEDT on 1st March 2026 to 11:59 pm AEDT on 18th March 2026, or until stock of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Xiaomi 17, or Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi (as applicable) runs out, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion you must have a registered Mi Account and be aged 18 years or over.

Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.

Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  1. Details of the Promotion

To participate in the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period, purchase one or more of the following (the “Qualifying Activity”) to receive the corresponding offer as set out below:

  • Xiaomi Xiaomi 17 Ultra with either 1024GB or 512GGB of storage

  • Xiaomi 17 with either 512GB or 256GB of storage

  • Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi with 1024GB of storage

The offers available as part of this Promotion are:

  • Xiaomi 17 Ultra：Participants who purchase a Xiaomi Xiaomi 17 Ultra or Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi device on our Website during the Promotion Period will receive:

  • Gitf: Xiaomi SU7 Ultra 1/18 Die-cast Model Car (Limited stocks available – while stocks last）

  • Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi Offer: Participants who purchase a Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi device on our Website during the Promotion Period will receive:

  • Gitf: Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit Pro (Limited stocks available – while stocks last）

  • Xiaomi 17 Offer: Participants who purchase a Xiaomi 17 device on our Website during the Promotion Period will receive:

    • $200 Launch Coupon on 512GB

There are some limitations to the offers as part of the Promotion:

(a) gift product is available while stocks last;

(b) gift product may be shipped separately from the main product;

(c) delivery of the gift may be scheduled up to 90 days after the purchase of the main product;

(d) Xiaomi reserves the right to substitute the advertised gift with another product of similar value or to provide a discount voucher/coupon of equivalent value;

(e) the coupon offered does not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;

(f) the coupons cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons; 

(g) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

(h) Free gift can be shipped separately from the phone.

(i) Free gift can be dispatched up to 90 days later

(j) If the gift with purchase is unavailable, Xiaomi may offer the option to replace it with a product of similar value or provide a voucher of equivalent value.

If any Participant wishes to return their Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Xiaomi 17, or Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi under our change of mind returns policy, they must also return any complimentary product received as part of this Promotion as part (and subject to the requirements of our policy) of that return – the complimentary products cannot be retained where you change your mind.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating the Qualifying Activity in any way.

We collect and handle any personal information you provide to us in relation to the Promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy [https://www.mi.com/au/support/policy/privacy-policy].
