REDMI Note 15 Series Gift Redemption

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the REDMI Note 15 Series Gift Redemption(the "Promotion") as offered on our Website and the Mi Store, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).

We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from [22/01/2026].

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

1. Term

The Promotion runs from 22/01/2026 00:00-10/03/2026 23:59 (AEDT) (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion you must either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.

Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.

Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Details

To participate in the Promotion, an eligible person must, purchase a Selected Product from Amazon or Mobileciti ("the Applicable Channel") during the period from 22 January 2026 at 00:00 to 11 February 2026 at 23:59 (AEDT)(the "Purchasing Period") Each Participant will be eligible to receive a voucher corresponding to the Selected Product purchased, as set out below. The voucher may be used to redeem a Specified Product on our Website and Mi Store, subject to availability and these terms and conditions. To be eligible to receive the voucher, a Participant must, within 24 hours after activating the purchased Selected Product, submit a redemption request by providing: (i)the IMEI of the Selected Products; and(ii)valid proof of purchase(such as a receipt)via https://www.mi.com/au/imei-redemption/

After successful submission, we will review the redemption request. Redemption results will only be notified and vounchers will only be issued after the 30th day from the date of purchase of the Selected Prodcut from the Applicable Channel.

There are some limitations to the offer as part of the Promotion:

(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal of greater value if stocks of Specified Product are exhausted;

(b) the voucher will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue;

(c) the voucher may only be used to redeem the relevant Specified Product;

(d) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons;

(e) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating the Promotion in any way.

4. Privacy

We collect and handle any personal information you provide to us in relation to the Promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy [https://www.mi.com/au/support/policy/privacy-policy].
