Pre-order Promotion Terms and Conditions

Pre-order Promotion Event

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the “Pre-order Promotion Event” (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).

We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from 25th March 2026.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

  1. Term

The Promotion runs from 26/03/2026 00:00 (AEDT) - 12/04/2026 23:59 (AEST) or until stock of the POCO M8 5G or POCO X8 Pro runs out, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period comprises two parts:

  (a) The “Pre-order Period” from 26/03/2026 00:00 (AEDT) to 05/04/2026 23:59 (AEST) ; and

  (b) The “Order Period” from 06/04/2026 23:59 (AEST) to 12/04/2026 23:59 (AEST).

  1. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion you must have a registered Mi Account and be aged 18 years or over.

Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.

Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  1. Details of the Promotion

This Promotion applies to the following selected products (the "Selected Products"):

  • POCO M8 5G (8GB+256GB)

  • POCO X8 Pro (8GB+512GB)

To participate in the Promotion, an eligible person must prepay AUD 1 deposit during the "Pre-order Period" and complete the final payment within the "Order Period" will be entitled to a discount of AUD 50 on the relevant Selected Product. The details are:

  • For POCO M8 5G (8GB+256GB), the final payment amount is AUD 398, resulting in a total purchase price of AUD 399 (including the deposit).

  • For POCO X8 Pro (8GB+512GB), the final payment amount is AUD 598, resulting in a total purchase price of AUD 599 (including the deposit).

Please note:

(a) a Participant may withdraw from the promotion at any time during the Pre-order Period and request a refund of the deposit. Any such refund shall be processed to the original payment method.

(b) where a Participant does not proceed with or fails to complete the final payment during the Order Period, the prepayment order shall be automatically cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours after the end of the Order Period, and the deposit shall be refunded to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days.

(c) Participants who complete the final payment and proceed with the purchase shall be subject to our refund policy.

(d) other discount coupons shall not be used during the Pre-order Period. However, you may use it during the Order Period, subject to their applicable terms and conditions.c

There are some limitations to the offers as part of the Promotion:

(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal or greater value if stocks of additional products are exhausted or otherwise unavailable;

(b) failure to pay the final payment within the "Order Period" will result in the forfeiture of the discount of AUD 50.

(c) prepayment of the deposit must be completed within two(2) hours of submitting the order request of the related Selected Products.

(d) limit one (1) unit per model of the Selected Products per Participant. Multiple model participation is allowed.

(e) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers;

(f) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating processes of meeting the qualifying criteria in any way (including by using bots, automation or other techniques to claim daily coupons).
