TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the grand opening promotion (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website and the Mi Store, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).

We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from [01/01/2026].

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

  1. Term

The Promotion runs from 01/01/2026 00:00-14/01/2026 23:59 (AEDT) (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion you must either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.

Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.

Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  1. Details of the Promotion

Xiaomi is offering four promotional offers as part of the Promotion, and participants may take up any one or more of these offers depending on whether they satisfy the relevant qualifying criteria for each particular during the Promotion Period:

Add-on purchase offer: To participate in the add-on purchase offer, an eligible person must during the Launch Period spend AUD59 or more in a single transaction, and Participants will be eligible to purchase selected additional products as set out below at a discounted price, subject to the other terms of this Promotion:

2. Flash promotion with limited-time discount: At different times during the Promotion Period, we may offer for a limited time (which may be several hours or several days) special discounts or special pricing for particular products. We will publish on our Website from time to time details of the particular product, special discounts or pricing and the time period during which the offer is available, and these offers are subject to those particular details and any other terms we publish as part of those promotions. These promotions are also subject to availability of stock.

3.Exclusive $10 Mi Store Coupon Offer：during the Promotion Period, we may issue a $10 coupon which Participants could claim it exclusively for the purchase on Mi Store.

There are some limitations to this add-on purchase offer:

(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal or greater value if stocks of additional products are exhausted or otherwise unavailable;

(b) a Participant may participate in the add-on purchase offer each time they complete a purchase of AUD59 or more during the Launch Period, and each time a Participant may purchase a single product in any one or more of the additional product categories A-E outlined in the table above (e.g., Product A or one product in Product D only; one each of Product B and Product E; or one of each of Product A, B, E, C(i) and D(ii)). It is not permissible to purchase multiple additional products in the same product category as part of a single transaction;

(c) the validity period of $10 coupon is 30 calendar days starting from the date of successfu claim.

(d) the benefits offered do not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;

(e) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons;

(f) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
