1. ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER

1.1. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms” or “Rules”) regulate the rules for participating in the “【Xiaomi Fan Festival Event】” (hereinafter, the “Activity”) , which provides an variety of promotions for Participants.

1.2. The Activity is organised by:XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY UK LIMITED (The “Promoter”). ID Registration number: 11447538 Address: Us & Co Stratford, Floor BR40-11-12-13-14, 11 Burford Rd, London, E15 2ST (hereinafter, the "Organiser").

1.3. Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.

1.4.For any questions regarding the Activity, Participants may contact the Organizer at service.uk@support.mi.com (hereinafter, the “Activity Contact”).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVITY’S RULES

2.1. . By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts (i) these Terms and (ii) Xiaomi’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at: https://privacy.mi.com/all/languages/.

2.2. The Participant fully understands and acknowledges that the external social media platforms used in connection with the Activity, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Activity and are not associated with its organization or management in any manner. The Participant further acknowledges and accepts that the applicable terms of use and privacy policies of the aforementioned platforms, as well as those of any third party involved in the Activity, apply in addition to these Terms.

3. PLATFORM

3.1. This Activity is primarily an online event which is accessible through mi.com/uk and the Mi Store APP.

4. PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY

4.1. To participate in the Activity, the Participant must:

• Be of legal age and possess legal capacity according to the laws of UK, and

• Meet any additional eligibility requirements under the Participant’s place of residence. (hereinafter the “Participant(s)” or “You”).

4.2. The Participant must provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating in the Activity. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Participant who provides inaccurate or erroneous information without prior notice or explanation.

4.3. The Organizer does not provide insurance for illness, accident, injury, death, or any loss or damage that may occur in connection with participation in the Activity. The Participant is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage.

4.4. Upon request, the Participant must be able to demonstrate, within a reasonable period, that they meet the eligibility criteria specified in these Terms.

4.5. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, or any company involved in organizing or managing the Activity, as well as their family members up to the second degree, are not eligible to participate.

5. TERM

5.1. The Activity will take place during the following period (hereinafter, the “Activity Period”):

Start: 20 March 2026 at 10:00 End: 30 April 2026 at 09:59

5.2. Participation is only valid within the Activity Period and exclusively at mi.com and Mi Store App listed in Clause 3.1. Any attempts to participate before or after the Activity Period, or outside the specified platform, will be considered invalid.

6. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

1. Activity A – Price draw

6.1.1. The Price draw will take place during the following period :

  Start: 20 March 2026 at 10:00 End: 1st April 2026 at 09:59

6.1.2. Participants must register or log in on the mi.com/uk and click the "Reserve" button to complete the reservation process, which shall be deemed as successful participation.

6.1.3. The system will use the chronological order in which the "Reservation" action is completed as the basis for the draw.

6.1.4. The following participants shall be selected as winners based on the chronological order of successful reservations: the 100th, 500th,1000th,3000th,5000th and 10000th participants.

By way of illustration, if a participant ranks 100th in the order of successful reservation time, they shall be eligible for the prize designated for that ranking, such as Xiaomi Pad 7 Gray 8 GB + 128 GB | Focus Pen Included. Likewise, if another participant ranks 3000th in the order of successful reservation time, they shall be eligible for the prize designated for that ranking, such as Xiaomi MIX Flip Black 12 GB + 512 GB.

6.1.5. Winners will receive a winning notification via push notification and in-site message on 1st April 2026, when the draw results are officially announced. All prizes will be issued in the form of product discount vouchers and credited to the winners' Mi Account within three (3) working days following the receipt of such notification. The vouchers must be used before 31st May 2026, after which they will expire automatically.

How to Locate Your Voucher Prize:

Step 1: Successfully log in to the mi.com/uk.

Step 2: Navigate to "My Account".

Step 3: Click to enter the "Coupons" Center, where you will be able to view your voucher prize.

6.1.6. Each participant is eligible to win only once. In the activity of multiple wins, the prize of the highest rank shall be retained, and the subsequent winning entitlement shall be forfeited and transferred to the next eligible participant in the order.

6.1.7. The prizes are as follows:

• The 100th user with a successful reservation shall be eligible to receive one voucher for a Xiaomi Pad 7 Gray 8 GB + 128 GB | Focus Pen Included.

• The 500th user with a successful reservation shall be eligible to receive one voucher for a Xiaomi Pad 7 Gray 8 GB + 128 GB | Focus Pen Included.

• The 1000th user with a successful reservation shall be eligible to receive one voucher for a Xiaomi Pad 7 Gray 8 GB + 128 GB | Focus Pen Included.

• The 3000th user with a successful reservation shall be eligible to receive one voucher for a Xiaomi MIX Flip Black 12 GB + 512 GB.

• The 5000th user with a successful reservation shall be eligible to receive one voucher for a Xiaomi MIX Flip Black 12 GB + 512 GB.

• The 10000th user with a successful reservation shall be eligible to receive one voucher for a Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi Black.

6.1.8. Prizes are personal to the winner, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.

6.1.9. Prizes consisting of products are not exchangeable for cash. All prizes, where applicable, are subject to all applicable taxes and withholdings. Winners are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations in connection with the receipt of a prize.

6.1.10. The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value or characteristics, provided that such change is announced through its media channels.

6.1.11. If prize fulfillment requires shipping, your shipping information will be disclosed to a third-party shipping company. By contacting the staff to provide your prize receipt address, it shall be deemed as your consent to the use of your shipping information for this purpose.

6.5 Activity D – Mi Points

6.5.1 The Mi Points activity will take place during the following period :

Start: 20 March 2026 at 10:00 End: 30 April 2026 at 09:59

6.5.1 During the activity, the maximum Mi Points discount applicable to an order is 12% of the total order value. If the calculated discount amount in points results in a decimal, the value will be rounded to the nearest whole number.

6.5.2 During the activity period, participants may redeem their Mi Points for corresponding product discount vouchers on a fixed tier basis, where 200 Mi Points = £5 off £25, 1000 Mi Points = £30 off £200, and 3000 Mi Points = vouchers such as £99 off £599 or £30 off £169, as displayed on the redemption page; all redeemed vouchers will be credited to the participant’s Mi Account, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and must be used within their specified validity period.

7.1. During the Activity Period, orders placed on the mi.com/uk with a single transaction exceeding 59 GBP shall be eligible for free shipping. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

8.1. Assignment of participants intellectual property rights

By participating in the activity, Participants authorize the Organizer (which expression shall be understood as including Xiaomi Group companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns) and its affiliated partners, to exploit, commercialize and make available to the public – all within the statutory limits - directly or through its web and/or its social networks, the photo(s) created in connection with the activity and use the photo(s) for commercial and/or advertising purposes.

The afore-mentioned authorization is granted on an exclusive and irrevocable basis; in the broadest possible form in law; without any form of remuneration/compensation; for the whole world; for the whole legal life of the rights up to their passage into the public domain;

With the capacity to assign to third parties. This authorization will also cover all exploitation rights, including the rights of disclosure and publication, fixation, reproduction, distribution, public communication and making available to the public, the right of transformation and collection right that may correspond to the photo(s) or the work derived from it, as well as industrial property rights and any other rights that may be derived from the photo(s) and/or its elements.

8.2. Authorisation of Participant image right

Participants irrevocably grant to the Organizer (which expression shall be understood as including xiaomi group companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns) and its affiliated partners, the right to use the participant’s image and name in all forms and media including composite or modified representation including advertising, or any commercial purpose in connection with the activity throughout the world and in perpetuity without any compensation.

Participants moreover release the organizer and its partners from any claims that may arise regarding the use of their image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.

9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. Participants in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organiser with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID

9.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organiser to ensure the proper organisation and management of the Activity, and delivery of the Prize.

9.3. The Organiser and its affiliated partner respect the Participants’ privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.

9.4.Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participants with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Activity.

10. COMPLAINTS

10.1. All complaints related to the activity can be submitted through the website https://new.c.mi.com/global/xiaomicarnival/global/home .

10.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and this Terms. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.

11. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

11.1. ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers provide the Activity on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:

(i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or meet Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;

(ii) The Activity is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay;

(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Organizer or as a result of Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and

(iv) That any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation or functionality of the Activity will be fixed, corrected or otherwise remedied.

11.2. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

Organizer is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of connection with the participation in the Activity for:

(i) Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;

(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);

(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);

(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;

(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).

In the term that Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organizer:

a) Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and

b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11.3. PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:

(i) These Terms; and

(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.

(iii) And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third-party may incur or suffer. Organizer will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.

12. EXPORT CONTROL

Upon participating in the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that:

The Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions containing restrictions on destination, end user and end use, including but not limited to: (1) not to use of any functions, service or goods for any activities related to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, etc.; (2) comply with all export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.

If Participant's use of the functions and services being provided through the Activity violates, or in our reasonable opinion may violate, the requirements and restrictions of relevant laws, resulting in a compliance risk or adverse impact on the Activity, functions and services and supply of goods, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provisions of all or part of the goods and services.

13. OTHERS

13.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If the Participant is a consumer, this choice of law shall not deprive the Participant of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the Participant has their habitual residence.

Any disputes may be brought before the competent courts of England and Wales or, where the Participant is a consumer, before the courts of the country in which the Participant is domiciled.

13.2. The text of these Terms and Conditions is available at the Xiaomi Store where Activity is held. Within 1 month of the end of the Activity, the Terms and Conditions will be available for download and saving in PDF format at https://new.c.mi.com/global/xiaomicarnival/global/home

13.3. The Organizer may amend these Terms for important reasons. Important reasons include, in particular: (1) a change in generally applicable legal provisions or their interpretation by authorized bodies, having a direct impact on the content of the Terms and necessitating their adaptation to such change in legal provisions or their interpretation; (2) the issuance of a judgment, decision, or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, having a direct impact on the content of the Terms and necessitating their amendment in order to adapt to such judgment, decision, or other similar act; (3) preventing violations of the Terms or counteracting abuse, as well as removing ambiguities or interpretative doubts regarding the content of the Terms; (4) changes in the names, addresses, or company details indicated in the Terms; The Organizer will inform Participants of any amendments to these Terms no later than 1 (one) day before the proposed effective date of the amendments to the Terms.

13.4. If applicable law, a ruling, or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend the Terms within a shorter period, the notification of the amendment to the Terms will indicate such shorter period, along with an indication of the reason.

13.5. The amended Terms apply to Participants who do not withdraw from participation in the Promotion before the effective date of the amendment to the Terms.

13.6. The Organizer will inform Participants of the amendment to the Terms by posting information about the amendment on the Promotion Website. The amended Terms will also be available at the Xiaomi Store where the Activity is held.

13.7. Amendments to the Terms may not negatively impact the terms of participation in the Activity. Amendments to the Terms do not affect the rights acquired by the Participant prior to the amendment to the Terms.

13.8. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Activity before its expiry date in the event of extraordinary external circumstances related to the safety of those participating in the Activity, or for other important reasons. In such a case, the Organizer will post appropriate notice at the Xiaomi Store where the Activity is held.

13.9. This version of the Terms is effective from 20 March 2026.

13.10. In matters not regulated by these Terms, generally applicable law shall apply.
