TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER
The following legal bases (hereinafter "T&C" and/or "Activity Rules") regulate the conditions of participation in the Activity called "Xiaomi Test Pilots" (the "Activity"), organized by:

The Organizer reserves the right to totally or partially modify the Activity Rules for technical, operational or commercial reasons, in which case the Organizer will publish this modification together with the Activity Rules in its own media.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES OF THE ACTIVITY AND THE CONDITIONS OF THIRD PARTIES
2.1 Express consent of the Participants
(I) By participating in the Activity, Participants hereby agree to these Activity Rules, as well as (ii) the Terms of Use (https://www.mi.com/uk/about/terms/) and the Privacy Policy. Xiaomi Privacy (https://www.mi.com/uk/about/privacy) which can be consulted on the local page of mi.com (www.mi.com/uk).
(II) The Organizer reserves the right to totally or partially modify the Activity Rules for technical, operational or commercial reasons, in which case the Organizer will publish this modification together with the Activity Rules in its own channels and on its platforms and official media.
(III)In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Activity, and therefore from the awarding of the prizes described in these Activity Rules, any Participant who, in its opinion, has participated incorrectly or any Participant who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of this Activity, including those who are proven or suspected to have acted irregularly in the sense described.
2.2 Third Party Disclaimer and Applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policies
(I) Participants fully understand and acknowledge that social media or platforms owned by third parties - including, but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook - that may be used in connection with the Activity; do not sponsor, support or administer in any way this Activity and should not be associated with it.
(II) In addition, the Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the conditions of use/service/sale and the privacy policies of third parties - which will include the Organizer's commercial partners, that is, the electronic commerce platforms designated in this document - may apply in addition to these Activity Rules.
3. TERRITORY
The Activity is only valid in the United Kingdom and for Participants residing in the United Kingdom (the “Territory").
4. PARTICIPANTS
The Activity is open to adults (over 18 years of age), who are legally resident in the Territory and who are holders of a valid identity document or passport at the time of awarding the prize.
To participate, Participants must have purchased at least any model phone of REDMI Note 12 Series on the Mi.com (www.mi.com/uk). (the “Participants” and/or the “Participant”).
Participation is voluntary and free, with the exception of Internet costs. Inaccurate or erroneous data will not be accepted in the Activity.
Participants must be able to demonstrate, at the request of the Organizer and within a reasonable time, that they meet the necessary conditions to participate in the Activity before participating and/or at any time during the duration of the Activity. Otherwise, the Organizer may disqualify the Participants at any time or withdraw the prize if it has been awarded.
Employees of the Organizer or of any company related to the Activity and/or their relatives up to the second degree may not participate in the Activity.
5. TERM
The Activity will be held from 00:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 06, 2023 until 23:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2023. (hereinafter, the “Term of the Activity”) The Term is divided into the following stages:
-April 06 – April 23: REDMI Note 12 Series purchased period;
-April 24 – April 30: Selection of the lucky Mi fans and publication the winner list;
-Before May 10: Prize distribute period;
6. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
Mi Fans are invited to participate in the “REDMI Note 12 Series Xiaomi Fan Event” Activity, which aims to promote a variety of REDMI Note seires products.
The selected Participants will be able to have the coupon in this activity. in accordance with the conditions described in these Activity Rules.
To participate in the Activity, Participants must:
- The Participants will have from 00:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 06, 2023 until 23:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2023 to buy any phones of REDMI Note 12 Series on mi.com/uk (“Purchased Period”).
- Once the Purchased Period is over, a number will be assigned to each Participant according to the order of time when the order has been paid successfully (hereinafter, “Application Number”).
For example, the first Participant to buy any phones of REDMI Note 12 Series successfully will be No.1, the second Participant to buy any phones of REDMI Note 12 Series will be No.2, and so on. The Application Number will be secret. The Participants will be able to know the result on Monday, April 24, when the final selected participants of the Activity are published. For more information on the selection of the selected participants, please see point 8 “Selection of the Participants”.
The Organizer will have the right to reject: (i) Participants whose data is false or incomplete; (ii) Participants who have displayed bad faith or engaged in malicious, improper, deceptive, or inappropriate conduct; (iii) Participants who have violated the conditions applicable to the Activity, the applicable privacy policies and regulations and/or have violated the applicable laws of the Territory in which they reside.
7. INCENTIVES
During the celebration of the Activity, there will be three (3) types of incentives and a total five (5) selected participants (hereinafter “Participant” and/or “Participants”).
7.1. First Incentive – Equal REDMI Note 12 Series Value GBP £ Coupon
The Organizer will select a total of One (1) Participants who will receive the First Incentive. Each Participant will receive ONE (1) coupon valued equal to a REDMI Note 12 Series(valued at £ XXX.XX).
First Incentive selected participants will receive a voucher in their personal Mi account worth the £ XXX.XX Saturday, May 10, 2023 to redeem at www.mi.com/uk. The Selected Participant must be registered in their local Mi.com to be able to place a purchase order and effectively redeem the coupon they have automatically received in their personal Mi account for the value of the Product.
7.2. Second Incentive – £ 50 Coupon
The Organizer will select a total of Two (2) Participants who will receive the Second Incentive. Each Participant will receive ONE (1) £ 50 coupon
Second Incentive selected participants will receive a voucher in their personal Mi account worth the £ 50 coupon on Saturday, May 10, 2023 to redeem at www.mi.com/uk. The Selected Participant must be registered in their local Mi.com to be able to place a purchase order and effectively redeem the coupon they have automatically received in their personal Mi account for the value of the Product.
7.3. Third Incentive – £ 30 Coupon
The Organizer will select a total of Three (3) Participants who will receive the Second Incentive. Each Participant will receive ONE (1) £ 30 coupon
Third Incentive selected participants will receive a voucher in their personal Mi account worth the £ 30 coupon on Saturday, May 10, 2023 to redeem at www.mi.com/uk. The Selected Participant must be registered in their local Mi.com to be able to place a purchase order and effectively redeem the coupon they have automatically received in their personal Mi account for the value of the Product.
THE FIRST, SECOND, THIRD SELECTED PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE COUPON IN THEIR PERSONAL MY ACCOUNT TO REDEEM THE COUPON. IF YOU DO NOT REDEEM THE COUPON WITHIN THIS PERIOD, THE COUPON WILL EXPIRE AND THE ORGANIZER WILL DECLARE THE PRIZE AS A VOID. THE VOUCHEER CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE AND THE UNUSED AMOUNT CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH OR FOR A SECOND PURCHASE.
8. SELECTION OF THE PARTICIPANTS
During the Activity, the Organizer will select a total of five(5) Participants. The Organizer will be based on the Order Paid Number of the Participants in the Activity to randomly select the Participants as follows:
8.1. Selection of the First Incentive Participants
The one (1) Winning Participants of the First Incentive (£ XXX.XX) will be the Participants whose Order Paid Number in the Activity is No. 18;
The Organizer will send a reminder informing the selected Participants that they have obtained the First Incentive and that they must redeem the coupon within the designated period (seven (7) days).
8.2. Selection of the Second Incentive Participants
The two (2) Winning Participants of the First Incentive (£ 50) will be the Participants whose Order Paid Number in the Activity is No. 88, No.188;
The Organizer will send a reminder informing the selected Participants that they have obtained the Second Incentive and that they must redeem the coupon within the designated period (seven (7) days).
8.3. Selection of the Third Incentive Participants
The two (2) Winning Participants of the First Incentive (£ 30) will be the Participants whose Order Paid Number in the Activity is No. 288, No.588,;
The Organizer will send a reminder informing the selected Participants that they have obtained the Third Incentive and that they must redeem the coupon within the designated period (seven (7) days).
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS
By participating in the Activity, the Participants authorize the Organizer to reproduce and make available to the public, directly or through its means, the Mi ID (123****456) that has been granted by any means, always in relation to the Activity and/or for promotional or advertising purposes related to the Activity.
The aforementioned authorization is granted free of charge and will not entitle the Participants to any consideration.
10. PERSONAL DATA
The Participants in the Activity undertake to facilitate the Organizer (which shall be understood to include Xiaomi group companies, parent or subsidiary companies, affiliates, successors and assigns) the collection of the following personal data:
- Mi ID.

The Organizer and its affiliated partner respect the privacy of Participants and are committed to protecting it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to ensure that Participants can exercise their rights and take action in connection with the Activity.

11. RESPONSIBILITY AND REPRESENTATION
11.1. Representation of the Organizer
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, the Organizer and its affiliated organizers or third parties will provide the Activity solely on a best effort basis and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied; in particular, but without limitation, the Organizer and its affiliated organizers or third parties do not guarantee or represent that:
i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or meets the requirements of the Participants or is provided without error or deficiency or that the Activity conforms to any level of quality, as the case may be;
ii) The Activity is available to the Participant at any time and is provided to the Participant without interruption, break or delay;
iii) All information (whether oral or written) that the Participant obtains from the Organizer or that results from the participation of the Participants in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be adequate, accurate, complete or reliable;
iv) That the deficiencies of the Activity are corrected, or otherwise remedied, including defects in the execution, operation or functionality of the Activity.
11.2 Responsibility of the Organizer
The Organizer is not liable to the Participant, regardless of the legal basis, in particular whether it is a contract, a wrongful act (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in connection or not with the participation in the Activity for:
i) Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunities, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);
iii) Any damage and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);
iv) Any change, modification, extension or limitation (including any suspension of participants) of the Activity.
v) Access to the account of the Participants and the account data or registration data of the Participants) who participate in the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of they).
In the event that the Organizer is responsible for breach of these conditions, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to the damages that the Organizer should normally expect at the time of the conclusion of these conditions due to the circumstances known at that time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, said damages shall not exceed hundred (100) euros (or its equivalent in local currency).
Nothing in these conditions will exclude or limit the Organizer:
a) Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or under any product liability law;
b) Warranty or liability for damage or loss that cannot be legally excluded or limited by applicable law. If the laws of the Participants' jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or for incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations that are legal in that jurisdiction will apply to Participants and the Organizer's liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3. Responsibility of the Participants
The Participants are entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations contracted in accordance with;
i) These Activity Rules;
ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction in which they reside or from which they participate in the Activity;
iii) And the consequences of any such breach, including loss or damage that may be incurred or suffered by the Organizer or any third party. The Organizer shall have no liability to the Participant or any third party in respect of any such infringement.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
Participation in the Activity will be governed by the Activity Rules which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the legislation where the Organizer has its seat.
Participants have the option of bringing claims in a competent court of the country in which they reside.
