TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(hereinafter: "T&C")

1.ACTIVITY ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER

1.1. These T&C set forth the terms and conditions of the Activity called ““Benefit Package Reservation Event” (hereinafter: “Activity”)

1.2. The Activity is conducted by XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY UK LIMITED, address: Davidson House, The Forbury, Reading RG1 3EU, United Kingdom, ID Registration number: 11447538 (hereinafter, "Organizer").

1.3 The purpose of the Activity is to increase the visibility and improve the sales of the Organizer's products in the Territory.

1.4 The Activity is carried out on the local website [mi.com].

1.5 The Activity gives the opportunity to obtain a Activityal coupon for the purchase of Products (hereinafter: “Promotional Coupon”), under the terms and conditions specified in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

1.6 In case of any questions regarding the Activity, the Participant is requested to contact the following email address: mi-event@xiaomi.com.

1.7 By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts: (I) T&C of the Activity, as well as (II) Terms and Conditions of the Organizer (https://www.mi.com/uk/about/terms/) and (III) Privacy Policy of the Organizer (https://www.mi.com/uk/about/privacy).

1.8 The Activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by social media or third party platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, Facebook, which may be used in connection with the conduct of the Activity. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use/service or sales and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Activity.

1.9 Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for Internet fees.

1.10 The Activity is accessible through mi.com/uk

2.PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY

2.1 In order to participate in the Activity, the Participant must be an adult as defined by the laws of the Territory from which he/she participates and have legal capacity in accordance with the applicable laws of his/her place of residence. Participant must have a personal mi account or be properly registered at mi.com.

2.2 At the request of the Organizer at any time, the Participant must be able to demonstrate within a reasonable period of time that he/she meets the conditions necessary to participate in the Activity.

2.3 Inaccurate or erroneous data provided by the Participant will not be accepted. Participants must be able to prove, upon the request of the Organizer and within a reasonable period of time, that they are eligible to participate in the Activity before participating in the Activity and/or at any time during the Activity. Otherwise, the Organizer may disqualify the Participant at any time.

2.4. Excluded from the Activity are persons cooperating with the Organizer (entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organizer in organizing the Activity), employees and cooperators of the Organizer, as well as their descendants, ascendants, affinities, adoptees, members of their families and relatives (siblings, spouses, parents of spouses).

3.Activity TERM

This Activity begins on 09:00, 17th June and lasts until 13:00, 24th June (hereinafter: “Activity Term”).

4.PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

  1. General Provisions of the Activity

4.1.1. The Activity allows Participants to receive a Promotional Coupon reducing the selling price of the POCO F7 products (hereinafter: “Products”). Participants can receive the Activity Coupon via https://www.mi.com/uk/event/2025/poco-f7-launch-event

(hereinafter: “Activity Site”) during the Initial Period.

4.1.2 The Initial Period begins on 09:00 17th June 2025 and ends on 13:00 24th June 2025.

4.1.3 The global launch of the POCO F7 will take place on June 24th, 2025.

4.1.4 During the Initial Period, Participants can click the 'Click to Reserve' button on the Activity Site and, after logging in with Mi ID, get the benefit package including Mi Points and coupons (Coupons) completely free.

4.1.6. Each Participant is entitled to receive the Promotional Coupon only once, regardless of the number of times the Participant engages with the Activity.

  1. PROMOTIONAL COUPONS AND MI POINTS

4.2.1. The value of the Promotional Coupon is 15% off and is valid only for POCO F7 (hereafter, the Products)

4.2.2. The Promotional Coupon is valid from 13:40 24th June to 23:59 7th July.

4.2.3. The Promotional Coupon is not combinable with other coupons and is limited to a single use. In the event of a Product return subsequent to utilizing the Promotional Coupon, said coupon becomes null, and only the actual amount paid will be subject to refund.

4.2.4 The value of the Promotional Coupon may vary due to the Activity's mechanism.

4.2.5. The Promotional Coupon is personal and non-transferable, with no option for conversion into cash equivalents.

4.2.6. The Promotional coupons are not exchangeable in cash.

4.2.7 Participants will also get 50 Mi Points, which can be used according to the separate terms and conditions for Mi Points available https://www.mi.com/uk/support/terms/mi-points

5.PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Participant in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organizer with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID.

5.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Activity.

5.3. The Organizer and its affiliated partner respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.

5.4. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant with the exercise of their rights and Activitys in relation to the Activity.

5.5. By entering the Activity, you hereby consent that the above Personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. If you have any concerns about our data management practice outlined in this Privacy Policy, please contact https://privacy.mi.com/support/?locale=en to submit your concerns. We will be happy to resolve your concerns directly.

6.COMPLAINTS

6.1. All complaints related to the Activity can be submitted via the website https://www.mi.com/uk/support.

6.2 The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and these T&Cs. However, this deadline may be extended in case of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, of which the Participant will be informed.

6.3 The complaint should contain the name, surname, exact address (in case of choosing the written method of responding to the complaint) or e-mail address (in case of choosing the electronic method of responding to the complaint), as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.

7.LIABILITY AND STATEMENTS

7.1 Statement of the Organizer

7.1.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided in these T&C, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers organize the Activity on a best efforts basis and exclude all warranties and conditions, expressed or implied. In particular, but not limited to, the Organizer and its Affiliated or Third Party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:

(i) the Activity is suitable for any purpose or meets the Participant's requirements or is organized without errors or deficiencies, and that the Activity meets any level of quality, as the case may be;

(ii) The Participant will be able to take part in the Activity at any time without disruption, interruption or delay;

(iii) Any information (oral or written) obtained by the Participant from the Organizer or as a result of the Participant's participation in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be adequate, accurate, complete or reliable;

(iv) Any deficiencies in the Activity, including any organizational or functional defects in the Activity, will be repaired, corrected or otherwise remedied.

7.2 Liability of the Organizer

7.2.1 The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant, regardless of the legal basis (in particular with respect to contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability) in connection with his/her participation in the Activity or as a result of such participation, for:

(i) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;

(ii) any loss of income, turnover, actual or anticipated profits, opportunities, goodwill or reputation (directly or indirectly);

(iii) any damage and/or corruption or loss of data (directly or indirectly);

(iv) any change, modification, extension or restriction (including suspension of the Participant) in the Activity;

(v) access to the Participant's account data and account or registration data of the Participant participating in the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation of the terms and conditions of the Activity (or any part thereof).

7.2.2 During the period in which the Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to the damages that the Organizer must expect at the time these terms and conditions take effect due to the circumstances known to the Organizer at that time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such damages shall not exceed £100 (or local currency equivalent).

7.2.3 Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit the Organizer in the following respects:

(a) liability for death, personal injury or fraud or compliance with any product liability law; and

(b) warranty or liability for damage or loss that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

7.2.4 If the laws of Participant's jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, conditions, or limitations or exclusions of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract, or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations that are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to Participant's and Organizer's liability, and the warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7.3 Participant's Liability

Participant shall be solely responsible for any breach of its obligations under:

(i) these T&C; and

(ii) any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction in which he/she is resident or in which he/she is participating in the Activity.

(iii) for the consequences of such breach, including any loss or damage that the Organizer or any other third party may suffer or incur. The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant or any third party in the event of such breach.

8.OTHER PROVISIONS

8.1. The content of these T&C is made available to the public on the Webpage and at the Organizer's headquarters.

8.2. Participation in the Activity does not combine with other Activityal Activitys and contests conducted by the Organizer.

8.3. These T&C are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Activity.

8.4. These T&C, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of England, do not, however, exclude the application of the law applicable to the place where the Participant resides if required by law.

8.5. The Organizer reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Activity in case of violation of the these T&C by a given Participant, attempted fraud, as well as in case of any other conduct of the Participant violating good manners, jeopardizing the good name of the Organizer, its reputation or interests. The excluded Participant forfeits the right to apply for the Activityal Coupon specified in these T&C, and in the event that they have received a Prize, they are obliged to return it.

8.6. For an important reason, the Organizer may make changes to these T&C. An important reason is in particular: (a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized bodies, directly affecting the content of these T&C and resulting in the need to adjust these T&C to such change in laws or their interpretation; (b) the issuance of a ruling, decision or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, directly affecting the content of these T&C and resulting in the need to amend these T&C to conform to such ruling, decision or other similar act; (c) the prevention of violations of these T&C or the prevention of abuse, as well as the removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of these T&C; (d) changes in the names, addresses or corporate data indicated in the content of these T&C; (e) the need to adapt the technical requirements indicated in these T&C to current standards.

8.7. The Organizer shall inform the Participants of any change to these T&C no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the proposed effective date of the changes to the content of these T&C,

8.8. If an applicable law, ruling or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend these T&C within a shorter period of time than indicated in paragraph 10.7, the notification of amendment to these T&C shall indicate such shorter period of time, together with the reason.

8.9. The amended these T&C shall apply to the Participant who does not resign from the Activity before the effective date of the amendment to these T&C.

8.10. An amendment to these T&C shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Activity. The change of these T&C does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these T&C.

8.11. These T&C are effective as of 09:00 17th June.
