First check whether the protective film on the back case has been removed. If it has been removed, re-wear the watch according to the measurement failure prompt and continue measuring blood oxygen;
Turn off all-day blood oxygen monitoring, tap on the watch blood oxygen application, and measure blood oxygen once. While the watch is measuring, check whether the blood oxygen light at the bottom of the watch will light up. If it does not light up, you can unbind, rebind, or restart. If the watch is still invalid, you can apply for after-sales inspection.
Note:
The back case of the watch is shipped with a back case protective film to prevent wear and tear during transportation; low oxygen and heart rate measurement rely on the sensing of the back case;
When using the device, you need to tear off the protective film before you can use the blood oxygen, heart rate and other detection functions normally. Failure to tear it apart will prevent the sensor's light from contacting the skin of the wrist, resulting in no measurement or no value being obtained.
