1. Reboot the device to see if it’s back to normal.
2. Inserting and removing the memory card needs to be done while the camera is powered off. Frequent hot plugging and unplugging will cause the performance of the memory card to deteriorate, resulting in improper video recording;
3. Check whether it is caused by the low reading rate of the memory card;
4. Replace the memory card (it is recommended to use a major brand and qualified memory card, otherwise many abnormal problems will occur in use, such as recording is not continuous, always prompting the memory exception, etc.).
