What to do if the memory card of Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Pro is not working properly?
1. Please use the dedicated FAT32 format high-speed memory card for the vehicle dash cam or camera produced by the regular manufacturer.
2. Make sure that a compatible memory card is installed in the camera. Without a memory card, video recordings cannot be stored, and historical videos cannot be viewed.
3. If the memory card does not record video, or if the memory card does not automatically overwrite files cyclically, you can format the memory card in the [Storage settings] of the camera APP Plugin.
4. If the memory card cannot be formatted in APP, you can format the memory card on your computer through a card reader. After completing the formatting, disconnect the camera from power and reinstall the memory card.
Note:
After formatting, the files in the memory card will be deleted.
