1. If the video in the memory card is not continuous, it may be that the [Record motion image only] is turned on, once the function is turned on, the camera will record only when the image changes; (If the cloud storage video is not continuous, it is a normal state. The cloud storage video only records the motion image, not 24 hours)
2. If the video lags, it may due to the network, check if too many devices are connected to the network that the camera is connected to, or if there are other devices playing video at the same time.
