The microSD card slot of Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Pro is under the lens of the camera, firstly make sure that the camera is in a power-off status, toggle the lens upwards to reveal the microSD card slot, and then insert the microSD card into the slot with the contact side facing downwards.
