(2). Dark environment: Check for dark floors/dark carpets/dark rugs/dark baseboards.
3. Confirm if the problematic version has changed:
(1). If the problem occurs immediately after a version upgrade, you need to know which version is the old version and which is the new version being upgraded to.
(2). If the problem occurs without upgrading the version or after using the upgraded version for a period of time, then it is a hardware problem, excluding software issues. We recommend that you have it checked by the after-sales service.
