Why does the the Xiaomi Sound Party turn off automatically?
The Xiaomi Sound Party is designed with an automatic power-saving feature to extend battery life and optimize energy usage. If the speaker is not connected via Bluetooth, or if connected but no audio is playing, the system will automatically shut down after approximately 15 minutes. This prevents unnecessary battery drain while the speaker is idle.
To resume usage, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn the speaker back on and reconnect via Bluetooth.
This feature ensures the Xiaomi Sound Party maintains longer continuous usage for music playback, voice calls, or other audio tasks. This allows extended listening sessions without rapid battery drain, while the speaker remains ready for portable and indoor/outdoor usage.
