What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Graphene Heater is not working?

If the Xiaomi Smart Graphene Heater is not working, please refer to the following steps:
  1. Check if the device is powered on. Press the On/Standby Button to turn it on;
  2. The heater is too hot, and the overheating protection is triggered. Keep the air inlet/outlet open and unobstructed, and restart the heater after it cools down;
  3. Child lock is enabled. Disable child lock;
  4. Ensure the power plug is securely connected and that the socket is working. Try plugging another appliance into the same outlet to confirm there’s no electrical issue;
  5. If the device remains unresponsive after trying the above steps, reset the heater to factory settings by pressing and holding the Oscillation Button and Mode Button simultaneously for 7 seconds while the heater is powered on;
  6. If the issue persists after performing the above checks, please contact our after-sales service for further assistance.
