Why doesn’t the battery level of the Xiaomi Focus Pen appear after placing it on the magnetic charging area of the Xiaomi Pad 7?
Once the Xiaomi Focus Pen is connected to the Xiaomi Pad 7, the tablet will display the pen’s battery level.
If the battery level does not appear after placing the Xiaomi Focus Pen on the magnetic charging area, please troubleshoot with the following steps:
1. The Xiaomi Focus Pen can not be properly placed. Remove it and adjust its position, ensuring that it aligns with the area where the magnetic attraction is strongest. Once correctly attached to the right-side frame of the tablet, a wireless charging notification will appear, displaying the battery level;
2. The Xiaomi Focus Pen can be out of battery. Like smartphones with built-in batteries, the Xiaomi Focus Pen cannot communicate with the tablet when fully discharged. It must charge for a period before a connection can be established. Try placing the pen on the magnetic charging area for 2-3 minutes, then check again.
