To troubleshoot this issue, please refer to the following steps:
1. Please confirm whether the call reminder in the Mi Fitness APP is turned on;
2. Please confirm whether the Mi Fitness APP has sufficient permissions, including the permission to receive incoming calls and the permission to run in the background, to ensure that the Mi Fitness APP can push incoming calls to the band in the background;
3. Please confirm whether the band is in the following modes:
(1). Whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on;
(2). Whether the Do Not Disturb synchronization is turned on and the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on in the mobile phone;
(3). Whether the sleep mode is turned on.
Any of the above states will cause the band to not remind you when you receive a message notification.
