In daily use, try to avoid completely draining the battery. The battery performs better when used within the normal temperature range. If used in temperatures below 0°C, the battery endurance will be reduced. At -10°C, the battery endurance can be only half or even less than that at room temperature. This is due to the characteristics of lithium-ion batteries.
If your scooter has not been used for more than 30 days, charge it to at least 80% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge the battery every 1-2 months to keep it fully charged and prevent it from over-discharging, which can prevent the scooter from turning on.
Note:
If the battery is not charged in time, it can lead to over-discharge and damage to the battery, which is irreparable. Damage caused by not charging for an extended period will prevent the battery from being recharged, and the warranty will no longer be valid.
