Why can't the Redmi Watch 5 Lite receive incoming call notifications?
Please confirm whether the Bluetooth connection is normal:
1. For Android phones, if the Bluetooth is connected, please confirm whether the call switch of the Bluetooth connection list is turned on;
2. For iOS phones, confirm that there will be two identical Bluetooth names in the Bluetooth list that belong to the connected state.
Please confirm whether the watch turns on the following modes:
1. Whether to turn on the Do Not Disturb mode;
2. Whether to turn on Do Not Disturb synchronization and turn on Do Not Disturb mode on the mobile phone;
3. Whether to turn on sleep mode;
4. Whether it is not worn, and enable the Notify only when worn function.
Any of the above states will not remind the watch when the message is notified.
