1. If the Mi Fitness APP or wearable device prompts that the upgrade fails, please try to restart the wearable device and upgrade again;
2. Charge the watch until the watch's power is more than 20% and upgrade it again;
3. Reset the watch and try to upgrade after re-pairing;
4. Try to replace to other mobile phones, rebind and upgrade;
5. If the device cannot be turned on after the upgrade fails, please contact the after-sales service center for processing.
