What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro is stuck?
If your robot vacuum is stuck during cleaning, please refer to the following steps to address the issue:
1. If your robot vacuum gets stuck with slippers, plastic bags and other debris at home, please try to tidy up the debris before cleaning to avoid it getting stuck again. After solving the stuck problem, try to place the robot vacuum in a nearby cleaned area to continue cleaning;
2. If your robot vacuum encounters the bottom of furniture that is close to the height of it during cleaning, the upper surface of it will get stuck. Please set up a virtual wall or restricted area to prevent it from entering again;
3. If the brushes are entangled with the power cord, charging cable, etc, remove the entangled cables. Keep the excess power cord of the omni station in the cord collection slot and away from the floor. After dealing with the entanglement, please put the robot vacuum near the place that needs further cleaning.
