What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Tower Fan 2 cannot connect to Wi-Fi?

If your fan cannot connect to Wi-Fi, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning correctly and that other devices can connect to it. Restart your router if necessary;
2. Place the fan closer to your Wi-Fi router to ensure a strong and stable connection;
3. Ensure that your fan is compatible with the frequency band of your Wi-Fi network. Check if the router is set to the 2.4GHz frequency band and adjust to the 2.4GHz if necessary;
4. Check if the fan has been offline for more than half an hour. If so, reset the Wi-Fi on the fan by simultaneously pressing and holding the Standby Button and Mode Switch Button until you hear a long beep;
5. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. Use the APP to check if there are any firmware updates available for the fan.
If the issue persists, contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
