What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Tower Fan 2's oscillation is not functioning correctly?

If the oscillation function on your fan is not working correctly, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure the fan is properly connected to a power source and is powered on normally;
2. The fan will take some time to find the correct oscillation angle when first turned on, which will be completed in about three oscillations;
3. Check if the oscillation angle is set properly in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. If the fan is under the auto-oscillation state, it will last for 14 seconds at most to complete;
4. Make sure the fan’s base is stable and positioned on a flat surface. An unstable base can affect the oscillation;
5. Unplug the fan from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in to check if the issue persists;
6. Look for any unusual noises or mechanical resistance when the fan is supposed to oscillate. If you notice any, it indicates a mechanical issue with the oscillation gears or motor.
If the issue persists, contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
