What to do if there is no sound when viewing the real-time video on the Xiaomi Smart Doorbell 3S?

If there is no sound on your mobile phone, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:

2. Check whether the volume of the mobile phone is adjusted to mute or the volume is selected lower;
3. Check whether the microphone hole of the doorbell is blocked.
