What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Camera C200 is offline?

To address this issue, please refer to the following information:
1. Please check if the camera is powered off;
2. If the power supply of the device and the network is normal, please check the device’s indicator status. If the blue light flashes, it means the camera is connecting to the Internet. If the yellow light flashes quickly, it means the camera has been reset, please reconnect it. If the yellow light is always on, it means the camera needs to be refreshed;
3. Check whether the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP version and mobile phone system version need to be updated;
4. Please try to restart the router;
5. Change the network environment and try to establish a mobile hotspot to connect the camera;
6. Some SD cards with poor quality will cause offline problems in the camera. Confirm whether the SD card is inserted into the camera correctly. Replace the SD card if necessary.
Note:
1. If the Wi-Fi name or password has been modified, please reset the camera and reconnect;
2. If you forget the password for the camera security settings, delete the device in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, then press and hold the Reset Button on the camera for about 5 seconds. After the camera is reset, re-add the camera to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
