What to do if there are abnormalities in videos and images of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C200?

The abnormalities of videos and images can be due to various reasons in different scenarios, including out-of-sync image and sound, not smooth historical videos, blurry images, inability to view surveillance images outdoors, and so on.
To resolve these issues, please refer to the following steps:
1. When the video freezes or displays loading frequently, please switch the video resolution to automatic or smooth mode;
2. When the image and sound are out of sync on the monitoring interface, please check whether the network connected to the camera is normal. Check whether there are too many devices connected to the network to which the camera is connected, or whether other devices are playing videos at the same time. If the delay is too long, try to exit the video and re-enter;
3. If the videos recorded on the SD card are out of sync, please check whether the SD card is frequently hot-swapped and unplugged. The SD card needs to be operated when the camera is powered off. Frequent hot-swapping will cause the performance of the SD card to decrease and cause abnormal problems in the recorded videos;
4. Additionally, please check if the abnormal videos on the SD card are caused by the too-low reading rate of the SD card. Replace the SD card if necessary;
5. If the playback videos are discontinuous, it is due to turning on the function that the camera only records when the picture changes;
6. If the images are blurry or shot unsuccessfully during the night vision, please ensure that the camera lens is clean and dust-free. Please check whether the lens is blocked;
7. If you cannot view surveillance images outdoors, please check whether the traffic protection is turned on in the camera settings. After turning on traffic protection, the phone will not automatically play the image when it is on the mobile network. You need to tap on the monitoring interface to play normally.
