What to do if the left and right earbuds of the Xiaomi Buds 5 have audio synchronization issues?

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Reconnect the earbuds and test if the audio synchronization between the left and right earbuds improves;
Note:
To reconnect the earbuds, place them back into the charging case and close it. Open the case and take them out again.
2. Pair the earbuds with the Xiaomi Earbuds APP to check for firmware updates;

You can find the current firmware version at the bottom of the device details display.
3. Reset the earbuds, then reconnect them and test again to ensure the audio synchronization between the left and right earbuds is corrected.
