3. Nearby objects with strong electromagnetic interference will cause low volume. Avoid using the earbuds near microwaves, Wi-Fi routers, or other sources of significant electromagnetic interference;
4. If you're using the phone and experience occasional buzzing while playing music, and it resolves when you pause the music or reinsert the earbuds into the charging case. It is due to the phone system needs to be updated;
5. Reset the earbuds and restart your phone, then pair them again to see if the issue is resolved;
6. Ensure the earbuds have sufficient battery (above 30%). Test with another phone. If the problem persists, contact the local after-sales service center for further inspection.
