What is the heart rate range of the Xiaomi Smart Band 8?

The heart rate range refers to the range or level of the current heart rate when compared to the maximum heart rate, reflecting the level of load on the heart. It is usually used to measure a person's exercise intensity. Exercising in an appropriate heart rate range is beneficial for enhancing cardiovascular capacity and improving fitness levels.
There are several states in the heart rate range:
1. Warm-up range: When the heart rate is in [50,60] of the maximum heart rate;
2. Fat-burn range: When the heart rate is in (60,70] of the maximum heart rate;
3. Aerobic range: When the heart rate is in (70,80] of the maximum heart rate;
4. Anaerobic range: When the heart rate is in (80,90] of the maximum heart rate;
5. Extreme range: When the heart rate is in (90,∞) of the maximum heart rate;
6. Not counted and not included in the heart rate range: When the heart rate is in (0,50) of the maximum heart rate.
