3. If the buttons still do not respond, unplug the rice cooker from the power source and wait for a few seconds. Plug it back in and attempt to use the buttons again;
4. Inspect the touch buttons for any debris, water marks, or obstacles that might interfere with their operation. Clean the touch panel gently with a soft cloth if necessary.
