What to do if the password is forgotten of the Xiaomi Smart Band 9?
If you forget the password of your band, you can follow the following methods:
Open the Mi Fitness APP >> select [Device] >> tap [PIN] >> you can turn off or set the device pin in this interface.
Note:
If you forget the device password of your band and cannot connect back to the APP, please contact/apply to the after-sales service center for processing.
