What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Camera C301 always turns by itself?
Due to the Motion tracking function of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C301, it will always turn by itself. When this function is enabled, it allows the camera to follow the detected movement. After tracking, it returns to its original position for ongoing monitoring.
To disable this function, please open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> select [Device Card] >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> navigate to [Camera settings] >> turn off [Motion tracking].
