1. Open the Mi Fitness APP, log in to your account according to the page prompts, and open the relevant permissions required by the APP. Tap [Add Device] >> [Add model] at the bottom of the page >> select [Redmi Watch 4], and the APP will automatically search for the Redmi Watch 4 that can be added >> in the list of searched devices, select the Bluetooth name of your watch. If your watch is not searched in the list, you can try to search again;
2. When you use a different account to rebind to the watch, you need to press and hold the watch Power Button for 3 seconds to select [Restore factory] in the system operation interface, and then rebind with the new phone;
The following are the reasons for the unsuccessful connection for your reference:
1. Please check whether the Bluetooth of your phone is on or not;
2. Please check whether the watch is in the QR code pairing interface;
