How to set up the Home surveillance for the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera BW300?
After the camera is bound to the Mi Home APP, you can set the Detection push notifications and Event notification type of the Home surveillance assistant to watch the important events captured.
1. Home surveillance assistant:
When a scene change is detected, a message will be pushed to the mobile phone.
To customize notifications, please refer to the following path:
Go to the [Mi Home] APP >> select [Device Card] >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> [Home surveillance assistant settings] >> [Detection push notifications];
2. Event notification type:
The type of push event is managed and can be set for motion detection, person moving, vehicle moving, animal detection and package detection.
To customize the Event notification type, please refer to the following steps:
Go to the [Mi Home] APP >> select the [Device Card] >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> [Home surveillance assistant settings] >> enable [Detection push notifications] >> [Event notification type].
