1. The exercise data page will be displayed after the exercise starts. During exercise, you can pause or end the exercise by swiping the wristband to the right to enter the secondary screen. And you can pause the exercise by pressing the Power Button on the watch, and then choose to end or continue the exercise;
2. You can set exercise reminder. Tap the [Workout] APP on your watch, and you will enter the sports list >> tap the [Setting] option on the right side of the sports item to set it >> tap [Sports reminder], and you can choose to set reminders such as distance, pace, target heart rate zone, high heart rate, and energy replenishment according to your needs;
3. When the watch selects the sports mode, you can set the sport goal. You can choose the sport with distance, time and calorie consumption as the goal according to your own needs. You can also set the target value of this sport for the above 3 goals, and you can slide down them to clear the goal;
4. You can check the detailed sports data in the [Activity] APP of the watch. Ensuring the watch is connected to the phone, find the sport data on the home page of the Mi Fitness APP, and then tap [Show all] then you can check the data weekly, monthly, yearly or all;
5. The watch does not support deleting exercise data. It retains 20 exercise data. When more than 20 exercise data are generated, new exercise data will be generated to overwrite the previous data;
6. Auto pause during exercise is supported by default for outdoor running, indoor running, and walking. You can turn it off in the sports setting.
